I wanted to be far to this company as the saga did finally come to a conclusion. I went in and they did the right thing and replaced the tires and only charged me the portion of the tire that I didn't use (not sure if that makes sense). My only real complaint at this point is the fact that when I got the new tires the sound I had been complaining about all along went away! So all these BS and it was a bad tires all along. Now one might say, well then why wouldn't I have got new tires for free? I called and didn't get a great answer to that, but left it alone. The reason I am still giving them 4 stars is because the people are very nice and they really do bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars and I'd like to give a shout out to Kyle who when I asked three times who the GM was he refused to answer me until I called him out that he really doesn't know who is GM is on camera and then he finally gave me a name. Paid $500 for sensors two weeks ago and my engine light went on and they told me to come in the next day they looked at the car for a half hour told me exactly what I told them what was wrong that the connector wasn't put on correctly and five minutes into driving it after they gave it back to me a second time, the engine light went back on, and I called and told him I was bringing the car back and they wanted to give me another appointment for the next day where I proceeded to yell saying that it wasn't done right the first time and now the second time and they want me to come back for a third time! They clearly do not know what they're doing and they do not provide their selves on any type of customer service! Please don't go here! read more

Been coming here for over a decade. Made an appointment for a simple tire rotation like usual. Dropped my vehicle off and went for a walk. Came back an hour and ten minutes later and it was still in the parking lot. Asked why it hadn't been touched yet (different employee). Employee said when I was checked in it was marked as being dropped off for the day. Your check in employees need to be more specific when asking if you're waiting or leaving. I'm waiting but went for a walk, so I'm leaving but not for the day! Why the hell would I make an appointment! Ridiculous service today, like my time isn't valuable. Took my daughters car in for an oil change and front brakes. Took them over 7 hours to complete the work. I have never had brakes take this long. I could understand if I didn't have an appointment but we did. I used to love going here but lately the service just isn't what it used to be and they are more expensive than other places. I went in last wednesday with a screw in my BACK PASSENGER TIRE, was told it wasn't repairable by the first shop because the tread was too low. fine. so i called around and this tires plus had my tire in stock so i went right there. 5 days later, my pressure light comes back and i go back there and turns out they changed the wrong tire. they changed the FRONT passenger side and the guy told me "there's no way to know which one they changed" when they have to record the serial number for DOT, so i KNOW they're lying. he repaired my screw and dead looked me in the face and acted like i asked for the front tire to be fixed last week instead of the back one that HAD THE SCREW. I have already called corporate, this is absolutely ridiculous. I will spread the word and never ever give them my business again. awful awful customer service. read more

After thoughtful consideration of my complicated schedule, every time I make an appointment request based on their online availability, about an hour or two after I get the email response saying they are processing my request I get a phone call from them saying they can't make that appointment, and they try to make another appointment a week out. Had a large screw in one of my tires that couldn't be repaired. Ended up replacing all the tires (they would be due to be replaced soon anyway). Prices were very fair for the tires I wanted. I'd really like to recognize Mikayla, the customer service rep, for getting the work scheduled and done quickly. When I purchased my tires here they offered me the hazard insurance on the tires in case of a nail or flat. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire over a week ago, it could have been there longer but I noticed it a week ago. I call tires plus to get it in and they tell me no openings until a week later! They said i could drop it off and they would get to it in about a week. What a joke. They need to take care of their existing customers especially if you have the hazard insurance, that costs extra money and people like me who only own 1 vehicle can't wait a week to get it taken care of. Since i moved closer to this side of town, this was my first time going to the oak creek location.. customer service is great. The mechanic was very nice and also explained what was completed and what i should be aware of with my alignment. If I could leave no stars, I would. We took our car in for an oil change. They forgot the oil. We did hear someone remind the guy working on our car to do something...twice. We just had our car serviced by a mechanic we have used for years and have never had an issue with. The valve cover gasket was just replaced. We have pictures and the mechanic who did it to prove it. Tires Plus took no responsibility. They said the valve cover gasket needs to be changed. We just had it changed!!! They then offered to sell us an additive. Um...no, I don't want these guys touching our car again. The car is now making a ticking noise and we will be taking legal action if the ticking is caused by the lack of oil. NOTHING leaks in this car, NO gaskets are leaking. A freshly replaced gasket that worked perfectly BEFORE the oil change are NOT the problem. We're very good at keeping records and have all the documentation we need. If you value your vehicle, don't waste your time here. We're possibly looking at legal action over an oil change. This in NOT the result we were looking for when we tried these guys. The lack of not only responsibility but the attitude of simply not caring is downright sorry and pathetic. The best they could do was offer to sell us something else after screwing our car up. This place doesn't care. Once they got your money, they don't care if your happy or if your car gets messed up. They act like all they have to do is deny and we have no choice but to bend over and take it up the back side. Well, they made the choice to screw someone over who documents and keeps records or EVERYTHING. I had taken my Honda in to replace the 2 front tires, get an oil change, alignment, & to get my rear tire on the drivers side fixed since it kept losing air. They were able to do the oil change, new front tires, & alignment. The worker at the front desk (Myles) called me to tell me they couldn't fix the rear tire since it had sidewall damage & damage underneath the tire, & that I would have to replace it. I told them that I would go to another tire shop which I did on the southside just to have them tell me that there was just a nail in the tire & went ahead & fixed it with a patch. Also after I picked the vehicle up they also left multiple dirt stains on my floorboard & didn't clear my oil light after changing the oil. The Firestone appointment was a lie (which Firestone revealed when calling me to tell me no go. I said its OK since it was the wrong store anyway.) Before FS ever called/hanging up original call, I caught that mistake and she said oh OK they can see the store schedules and she can schedule Tires Plus which was what I originally wanted. That 10am Tire Plus appointment was a lie. I called back to get an email confirmation when I did not see one which is the third lie about the 10am appointment. Thursday night I made an appointment for 10am the next day wheel balance check on one tire. The next day I drove there after taking off work only to be told the appointment I made LAST NIGHT was not an appointment. Kim said "I sent you an email" I checked my smart phone and there were no missed calls as claimed in the email. The email: CONFIRM ----SAME TIME----DIFFERENT DATE!!!!, Originally, I got a RESERVATION #: 153747473 for the CORRECT date. They just CHANGE the date on a follow up back out after the lie original. And then claim they called you but were unable to get an answer. There were no attempts to call me. They just lie about a time, send the info to the store who cancels the phony time slot which never existed anyway. HOW ABOUT A PHONE CALL SO I DONT TAKE OFF WORK DRIVE THERE! BETTER STOP LYING IN THE FIRST PLACE. When checking in a guy in line before me had an emergency sob story and Kim behind the counter said he could get him in in 30 minutes. I asked Kim after telling me my appointment is not an appointment you just told the emergency story guy 30 minutes but me who LAST NIGHT made a 10am appointment lie, that you won't get me in until next week. I think Kim told me to leave my van and take a cab after I told him I can't leave it as I have no people to get me. Then he arrogantly told me he is not going to talk to me anymore because I'm fighting with him. Why? I'm certain Kim and the rest are fully aware of this phony appointment scam. He is very cold, scam aware and COMFORTABLE telling someone that he is not going to honor that phony appointment. I went back to work and called back to get his name. I asked are you the same person who told me to get lost because my 10am appointment is not an appointment? He said that is not accurate but yes, it is him. He is correct he did not tell me to get lost but nor did he do one single thing to service my one tire balance check to honor that lying fraudulent 10am appointment. Again, the emergency guy in my hearing was told 30 Minutes. But he left anyway never needing those 30 minutes. I WAS -NOT- CAUGHT BY THE DELIBERATE WEB OF LIES - FOLLOW UP - BUT INSTEAD SHOWED UP for the phony appointment. Oops, actually showing up is not in the phony appointment routine so I was denied service. I AM FURIOUS BEYOND DESCRIPTION. I used to get all my tires there but these lying no good for nothings have got me very angry. So much for my lifetime wheel balance, which was probably a lie also. I am calling every person I can at Firestone and Tires Plus, internet reviews etc. about this deliberate lying. After I notice BBB gives them an F rating. I would never recommend Tire's Plus to anyone we went and got two new Front tires put on our car and after and hour of drive time the tire flew off while my husband was driving. Tire's plus took responsibility because it was obvious the mechanic who installed the tires was negligent and didn't tighten the lug nuts . We're now stuck with a vehicle that will cost $2-4 grand to fix and their only offering what it's worth not fair in my eyes when there was nothing wrong with this car before this happened. This last November, I finally broke down and bought new tires for my baby, a Nissan Versa. Tires Plus had what I was looking for, so I made an appointment. Apparently, while taking off my tires, they discovered my car has a TPMS sensor (tire pressure monitoring system) by breaking the sensor on my front passenger side tire. *insert disgruntled face here* They replace it at no extra charge, but I was left wondering... was I supposed to give them a heads up? That's what it felt like when the guy came out to inform me of what happened. The rest of the tire change went by without incident. A few weeks later, my tire pressure light came on. It was for my rear passenger tire. (I had been having problems with this tire having a slow leak before the new set, and had hoped it would be resolved) I filled all my tires, hoping it was just because of the changes in weather, or that they hadn't filled them enough when they were changed. I was wrong. After filling my tire again, and realizing my slow leak was STILL haunting me, I made an appointment with Tires Plus since they have a warranty. If it had been a simple leak, it would have been no charge. However, it was the TPMS on that tire that was leaking. I was told it needed to be replaced, and I would be charged for the part, but not any labor. Minutes after leaving to meet a friend for lunch, my tire pressure alert began flashing, then became a solid light - scaring the poo out of me as I was on the highway. Kind of luckily, it just meant the TPMS had been incorrectly installed, not that my tire was a ticking time bomb. They made time for me immediately, and took just minutes to reset it. 5 days later, that son of a biscuit light was back AGAIN. Same tire. I called, and Tires Plus asked if I could come in the next day. They had to replace a part inside the sensor they had installed. Hopefully, this is the last time I'll have to go back, but I'm not holding my breath. The staff was friendly enough, but should it really take three tries to fix something like this?? I made an appointment to have a tire looked as a courtesy check as it had a slow leak. Right from the beginning I knew this was a quality place. The waiting area was bright and clean. The Service Manager Ron took care of me in a professional and polite manor. Joel the tech. was unable to repair the tire but offered a good explanation. My tire had two nails in it a few inches apart which is against state regulations to plug. I returned to the place I purchased the tire as I received a partial credit for a ne tire. I dropped my car off Sunday afternoon and had two new special order tires on by Monday morning. I realized I've been taking my car here for over seven years- wow! Not once in those seven years did I feel I was overcharged, or was taken advantage of (I don't know a piston from a strut). The staff here is so friendly and nice, there are a lot of great value adds (free 20 point inspection with a Tires Plus credit card, free tire rotation when you purchase tires from them) and their prices are pretty reasonable. read more

Wasn't a big deal but it was an inconvenience and without even whining or asking, they gave me a discount on the work done.
