Hi my name is Marlene, I came in today it get a tire put on a rim for a spare tire use and I wanted to make sure the rim did fit, the guy was nice enough to check that out for me but unfortunately I was not to add a tire. He explained why and how it works, he was also able to inform me of some auto salvage yards that will have a whole spare tire for my car. I called that had one I went and got it. Was able to return the rim I had bought. Everthing turned out great because of his patients, knowledge and amazing recommendation. Thank you so much for your help! Been here a couple of times. Always a great experience. The place is small, and everyone is hardworking. All of the folks I dealt with seemed to be providing the best possible service. This time I needed a new tire for one that had sidewall damage. It's a special tire, but they were able to locate one and have it delivered and installed in a couple of days. When picking it up, I was running late and they said, "No worries, we'll be around a little longer -- stop by as soon as you can." I really appreciate their focus on the customer, setting realistic expectations, and getting the work done as promised. My car had an oil leak not a lot but I just got a new concrete driveway and this was a problem. So I took my car to A&A and they replaced some gaskets but this wasn't the answer. I can understand why they tried this first because this is a common issue on my car. When I went back they said the only other thing it could be is the rear main seal. They sent it out to a transmission shop for this repair. The great thing is they only charged me their cost. Now no more oil spots. If you need tires these guys really know what are the best and or most economical for you. They work very hard at making you happy and making things right. read more

They are sincerely nice, polite and helpful (and not creepy). They help you figure out what your options are for your budget and needs. The tires are fresh, which dad says is really important. He also says their prices are pretty good. He also said they give better service on the car;. they clean the rims and do other things. ----The Driveway---When you go, the driveway is to the south of the building (towards Beloit). There is a little hill you go up and then turn into their parking lot to the left. Pull up by the garage with two garage doors if space is all open. Otherwise just pull up wherever that doesn't block the driveway. Hop out and go in or stand there with your keys. They will notice you. If you want to sit, there is a waiting room with a big tv and furniture. I'm awesome at getting flat tires. But I'm glad I've had honest advice about how different tires perform on my car. I'm quite sure that the tires helped me avoid disasters in bad conditions. When they have say something is less quality but completely fine to use and cheaper it's always been true for me. The place is three brothers. Their dad started the place and they have a loyal following. It sucked when I lived out of state and had to go to the "Tire Barn." They also do rotations and whatever else happens with tires. read more

These guys have prices that are beyond fair, and will NEVER sell you a product or service you do not need. Old school shop that values integrity and customer service above an extra buck or two. Love this place, and been going there for years for all our tire and brake repair/replacement needs. The brothers Steve, John, and Tom are just awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, very honest and fair. When I just need a tire rotation, they do it for free, while other places charge at least $20. And I think they do that for almost anyone... not just established customers like me. It's a small, 2 bay shop, but they make things happen, often working on a third car outside. And FYI, these guys do more than just tires and brakes. read more

Have been dealing with these guys for about 15 years now. Great prices, outstanding service. Go to Tirerack and check prices. Now add shipping, mounting and balancing and disposal fees. Throw in another $10.00 per tire for being able to buy locally and all of the advantages that entails and guess what. Their price is the same or lower. Often lower. Twice I have had a leak in a tire. No matter how busy they are they still managed to squeeze me in. May be a short wait but better than leaving the car for hours or more. read more

I called this place looking for winter tires. Tom answered the phone and mentioned that he had some used wheels + tires I could get for a cheap price, and I was thrilled. They put the wheels on and also changed my rear brake pads for a very fair price. Additionally, I need a new side mirror (I broke mine off when I hit something a couple days ago), and A & A found a used mirror for me that will be in within two days. Again, I've been quoted a good price. I don't feel like they've pushed car work on me that I don't need, the work itself seems to be good so far, and the prices are fair.
