Got to my car within 30 minutes had me out in 20 min. They were polite and didn't mess around. They had to drive backwards a block down my street to get to me because my road is very narrow. I was one minute stuck and the next minute boom I was out! A sigh of relief after trying to shovel out for two hours after work on a 7 degree night. Took my credit card for payment which was $138.00. I called and emailed them the next day to ask for additional information so I can process a claim with my auto insurance. They got back to me within 30 minutes with a revised receipt!!! Stuck on the highway, Kico's dispatcher reached out to his broad network of drivers, and had someone at the scene in minutes. Because Kico's is approved by Tesla, its driver Nick -- knowledgeable and friendly! -- quickly opened the correct compartments, got the battery starting to warm, and then flat-bedded my Model S to a nearby Supercharger. They gave me a 45 minute ETA, and kept their promise (actually a little early). Towed me directly to my mechanic for a reasonable price (the price quoted). There was some minor damage to the front end air dam- bumper, only a close examination in broad daylight revealed this and I didn't notice until much later so I didn't make an issue of it. Whether there's a tiny crack and space, or the front end is seriously damaged, Audi repair costs the same, an arm and a bloody leg. So, I wouldn't have felt right trying to get them to compensate for what might not have been preventable damage, these cars do sit very low to the ground (low profile). The tow drive was as careful as possible as far as I could see.
