The pork was genuinely so dry and so tough that I would believe it was cooked in bulk in the beginning of the week. The fries were bland. I ordered the Banana Nut French Toast. It comes with whipped cream, caramel sauce, fresh bananas and pecans. I asked for the caramel sauce on the side since I wasn't sure how much they would put over the toast. They ended up drizzling over the toast anyway, and giving me some in a bowl. It was delicious, and I ended up pouring all of it over the toast! For this large a crowd on a Saturday, the service did not take long. The servers were attentive, taking care of our coffee and checking on us. I've never had a bad meal here - breakfast or lunch - and would definitely recommend.

The cheese curds were good, but very greasy. We ordered a prime dip with sweet potato fries and a pork sandwich with tots. When we received the food, the pork and tots were cold - like not even warm. I asked about omitting the slaw on the pork sandwich but was told it was on the side. It was not on the side, but was easily removed. The pork tasted like it was store bought and dry but was slathered in sauce to hide that, but didn't do a great job. On a positive note, the prime dip was hot and delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive, as well. While I might go back, I would be hesitant about what to order.

The two together should be wonderful, right? Well, the caveat here is that the food is not traditional Mexican fare. It is, for the most part, an elevated Taco Bell. I had the grilled stuffed burrito, and it was a better tasting, better prepared version of its Taco Bell cousin. They also have burgers and other pub style fare. The drinks were cheap. At least the draft beer I was drinking was cheap. Our server was very attentive and super nice. I never had an empty glass in front of me for the three hours or so I was there. What was really cool about this spot was the karaoke. The crowd was very into it, and there were some fantastic singers participating.
