I have been going here for the last 4 years. I always get the $24 massage and it includes massage on your back, neck, arms, legs and feet but this time they spent 50 mins on my feet!! I have never experienced this here before. Pretty disappointing to have your feet massaged for that long when it's supposed to include more of your body. This establishment is a peaceful and smaller place. I came in for a hour foot rub which I had gotten a gift certificate for from Valentines Day. When I checked in for my appointment, the women at the front desk asked if I wanted to upgraded (I didn't know what she said I was upgrading to) but it was only a small difference so I went for it. If you are looking for a no frills inexpensive massage this place may work for you. I have had too many massages in upscale spas that I am probably kinda spoiled by now. I went here with a group of 4 to try this place out. We called ahead and booked 4 foot massages at 2pm. When we arrived at 2pm we were told 2:40pm. Seems like there was a bit of a language barrier. No big deal, we checked out a couple shops in the center and returned at 2:30 and were escorted into the massage room soon after. The massage I received was pretty good and they spent a long time on my feet, which I liked. The place was very quiet except for the occasional sound of whispering. I think having some soft music would be a nice touch and make the environment more pleasant. They offered a tiny cup of water before and after the massage. I thought this place might be a bit nicer than the typical Chinese foot massage place, but I was wrong. Other than charging more and having semi-private rooms, it is no different. The workers don't speak English (even the reception person who didn't understand the word "combo" which I had to show him on the menu) and smell like cigarette smoke. My 60 minute combo (1/2 foot, 1/2 body) cost $39 vs $25 at a typical foot massage and frankly I didn't notice any difference. The masseuse didn't use enough pressure and kept asking "ok?" perhaps thinking she was using too much pressure, but I couldn't communicate that I wanted more. Quite frankly, I'm concerned about the (lack of) hygiene at these places and do not think they use license massage therapists. So I am going to pay more for better standards and ability to communicate with the therapists from now on. read more

Worst, weirdest massage I've ever had. The slapping, pounding, and jiggling did not feel like it was doing anything productive. Conversely, the roughness of other moves hurt me. Some of my back bones (not muscles) are sore today. A back problem, which is why I went in, was aggravated to the point that I had to stay home from work the next day. The lack of proficiency in English is severe and causes problems. Some folks reviewing here are ok with being naked in a massage but it just makes me uncomfortable to be uncovered, especially when the masseuse is kneading my butt. And I didn't care for my head being straddled either. The prices are good, I'll say that, but me? I'll just cough up a bit more cash and go to Core Fitness or Well Within. If only you could rate someplace negative stars... This was my fist and last time at this place. I was greeted very nicely and quickly, place was clean and smelled nice, 60 min massage for $49 bucks sounds great. Massage started out nice, I asked for a hard massage, and she was very nice and hard and slow for the first 10 minutes. Then it was like she kicked into turbo. She was SCOURING my back in the same place for 10 minutes!!! When I say scouring, I mean she was just rubbing fast, not hard, all over the place. After 20 minutes of scouring my back all over, I asked her to stop. She said "oh, ok" an then continued scouring.... I turned around and said please stop rubbing my back, it's had enough. Then she started on my legs. At this point I realized my neck was really tense, because the massage table actually had my head resting on a pillow with a hole in it, above the rest of my body, incorrectly angled for a massage table. I was more tense than when I walked in. She was also scouring my legs, which are hairy, which made the scouring even more painful. I asked her to stop completely with over 20 minutes left, paid for my massage at the the door, and let them know it was the worst massage I've ever had. read more

One of the worst massages I've ever had. I get a professional massage every month but due to long hours this week, I needed extra and decided to drop in. I'm certain the massage therapist isn't trained. She started off simply rubbing my body with her palms, with no pressure. I thought maybe she was warming up but after 10min, I had to tell her I need pressure. She then started pressing down my back with her palms. I finally showed her my elbow and said, harder and deeper. She kept pushing my back down with her palms like she's doing CPR so I said this isn't working and was about to walk out when she decided to use her elbows. She still couldn't go deep and was all over the place. Instead of working on the pressure points or my knots, she randomly moved around and sometimes on my bones. As for the atmosphere, you can smell the musty smell in the room like it's been locked up and stale. Bed is hard and linen is cheap. Cash only business. read more

I have been here 3 or 4 times and have to say that the first 3 were great. The last time was the worst massage I've had in my life. The manager was reprimanding her staff when I got there, she had me wait for about 5 minutes while doing so and then she gave me the massage herself. A few things that reduced my star rating: 1) My massuse didn't speak more than a few words of English- so it was hard for her to give instructions 2) There was an elderly woman sitting in the waiting area before and after my massage. It was on the boarder of scary, someone was in the hallway talking very loud, which didn't contribute to a relaxing environment, the place is very dark and unwelcoming. It felt really dirty, but you can't see so I am not sure, perhaps it's the smell of urine that gave me the impression the establishment is dirty. I didn't want to put my stuff on the floor, and I sure as hell didn't want the blanket she tried to cover me up with. At these cheap foot massage places, it is what it is. It's cheap because you're in a common room with others, there's not quiet or privacy, it smells like a locker room, linens are dingy and the hygiene is iffy. But that's all to be expected. I'm just giving a bad rating because the massage itself was terrible. Super painful and rough, done by someone who seemed to have NO idea what they were doing. Terrible is all i can say. I went to get a relaxing massage and all i got was painful massage i asked the massage therapist to go softer and his reply was "hard is good". They did not check if i had any history of pain or injury and after an hour of the worst massage ever and asking several times "go softer" i left with a crippling lower back pain. This place was awesome! My boyfriend and I came here after lounging on the beach. Their prices are really affordable. It's 29 ( but they had a special) for a foot massage that apparently covers a lot more than your feet, $39 for a combo of 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes body, and $49 for a full body. We got the $39 combo. The staff was very friendly and led us to a nicely sectioned off double room with two massage beds. We passed by a room that was more of a common room with many beds in it, but It still seemed nice. I think this is where we would've gone had we gotten the foot massage package. They have you remove most of your clothes and lay under the sheet, then they come back and massage your back, neck, head, shoulders, feet, legs. It was great. There was nice ambiance and the music was relaxing. We both almost fell asleep. Sometimes you could hear little bits of conversation between the masseuse and the clients, but it was nothing bothersome. It was very clean and tasteful. I'll definitely visit again. read more

I use to come to this place allll the time. I always get the 24$ hour foot & massage. I do enjoy the cleanliness of this place, however my last massage my masseuse dipped his hands in my foot water to extend the lotion!!!!! they use to be at least consistent. now there are many problems every time i go. I never know if i'm getting the hot stones or not, & i never know if the person is going to fuck up my back/neck or not, i never know if i'm going to burn my feet in the water or not.. and i never know if me and the person i go with start at the same time or not! BTW I can always tell if they just got done eating, they do face first and fingers smell.... i've given this place many tries but i believe there is new management and it is increasingly going downhill. it makes me question if the masseuses have their licenses or not.... anyways, gone way downhill and I will be going back to the china foot & massage across the street for 1$ more. read more
