I have been going here for the last 4 years. I always get the $24 massage and it includes massage on your back, neck, arms, legs and feet but this time they spent 50 mins on my feet!! I have never experienced this here before. Pretty disappointing to have your feet massaged for that long when it's supposed to include more of your body. I used to Alternate between going to China foot massage and here but now I will only being going to China foot massage. They actually do your whole body like they are supposed to!!! read more

This establishment is a peaceful and smaller place. I came in for a hour foot rub which I had gotten a gift certificate for from Valentines Day. When I checked in for my appointment, the women at the front desk asked if I wanted to upgraded (I didn't know what she said I was upgrading to) but it was only a small difference so I went for it. I loved the set up of the private rooms, the tables were so cute and the music helped me relax. My massage was deep and felt amazing. The thing I DIDN'T like is that the guy who was massaging me kept rubbing my butt more than they should have, I was getting uncomfortable... read more

If you are looking for a no frills inexpensive massage this place may work for you. I have had too many massages in upscale spas that I am probably kinda spoiled by now. I went here with a group of 4 to try this place out. We called ahead and booked 4 foot massages at 2pm. When we arrived at 2pm we were told 2:40pm. Seems like there was a bit of a language barrier. No big deal, we checked out a couple shops in the center and returned at 2:30 and were escorted into the massage room soon after. The massage I received was pretty good and they spent a long time on my feet, which I liked. The place was very quiet except for the occasional sound of whispering. I think having some soft music would be a nice touch and make the environment more pleasant. They offered a tiny cup of water before and after the massage. The staff seemed pretty friendly too and my masseuse seemed happy to receive a $15 tip. read more

AWSOME experience. My message was good. Just wished my guy would have asked if I was doing okay more often. Also wished they had some music or a waterfall. But after all it was a great message read more

If looking for a deep tissue massage; I recommend asking for Jack. He was able to find the kinks in my whole body and feel 100% better. Thank you Jack! read more

I have been here before and had better massages. My most recent visit was not so great. Due to COVID, the massage was done with gloves on. I'm fairly certain the person giving me my massage fell asleep for a few seconds. Her phone also was on ring and went off during my massage. No tip! read more

I was very happy with my massage, I first came here because my husband had been in the hospital for two weeks and my neck was really in bad shape from stress. I was a walk in and was skeptical. Much to my surprise the massage was excellent. Fixed my neck and the rest of me. I have been back and am happy with the quality of the massage. I got a full body massage for $49.00 and think this is a real bargain. I am recommending it to all my friends. read more

I went in for a foot massage, and was pleasantly surprised that my legs and shoulders were also massaged. I left the Flying Crane with a huge smile, and release of the stress that I carry in my shoulders. The staff is kind. There is a sweetness to everyone there. I told a friend about this, and we're going today. Can't wait! read more

Damn I forgot to finish this one! I believe this was a little less than 6mos ago, my bad. Luckily I remember my experience because it was AWESOME. My friend and I just got back from here after an hour long foot massage, which seems to also include your head, neck, shoulders, back, bum, & legs. Sooo not complaining about that!! I'm very curious about what goes on with the actual body massage. I will be trying that next. This time we had gift certificates, but it said on their "menu" that this foot massage (now remember this includes YOUR ENTIRE BODY) costs $29, that's an awesome deal. Since it's been awhile since I've been I'm hoping that's still true, even though I'm going for the whole shebang next time. The room they put us in has like 6 or 8 beds in there, low lighting, I believe a fountain (? Maybe in my head there was), just chill all around. And those ladies know how to work the muscles! read more

So today I did a thing. I believe it was a 24$ foot massage. And boy did it fucking hurt. The lady who massaged me definitely was digging into my feet trying to hurt me I swear. I will never go to a cheap non experienced spa again . I'd rather pay 200$ for a massage than come here again. I heard good things but i would never recommend this play for a relaxing massage ever . read more

Creepy massage place. Smelt weird. Creepy male staff. My masseuse hands smelt like chicken. After tipping 20% the front desk demanded more tip in cash. read more

Worst, weirdest massage I've ever had. The slapping, pounding, and jiggling did not feel like it was doing anything productive. Conversely, the roughness of other moves hurt me. Some of my back bones (not muscles) are sore today. A back problem, which is why I went in, was aggravated to the point that I had to stay home from work the next day. The lack of proficiency in English is severe and causes problems. Some folks reviewing here are ok with being naked in a massage but it just makes me uncomfortable to be uncovered, especially when the masseuse is kneading my butt. And I didn't care for my head being straddled either. The prices are good, I'll say that, but me? I'll just cough up a bit more cash and go to Core Fitness or Well Within. Again, YELP, please develop a no-star or negative star rating. read more

I was a walk in with limited time available and they did me good! Received a great back massage and the lady I saw was very intuitive. Great price as well. I was in a room where I had dim lighting, soft music and could barley hear others talking, that works well for me.. im not one to "quiet my mind". That being said... I'll be back! read more

Called & made reservations, with masseuse Jerry! Showed up and was lied too! Jerry out of town! Was given jimmy? Masseuse was bad! They will do anything to get your money! read more

I thought this place might be a bit nicer than the typical Chinese foot massage place, but I was wrong. Other than charging more and having semi-private rooms, it is no different. The workers don't speak English (even the reception person who didn't understand the word "combo" which I had to show him on the menu) and smell like cigarette smoke. My 60 minute combo (1/2 foot, 1/2 body) cost $39 vs $25 at a typical foot massage and frankly I didn't notice any difference. The masseuse didn't use enough pressure and kept asking "ok?" perhaps thinking she was using too much pressure, but I couldn't communicate that I wanted more. Quite frankly, I'm concerned about the (lack of) hygiene at these places and do not think they use license massage therapists. So I am going to pay more for better standards and ability to communicate with the therapists from now on. read more

I come here about once a week, I just always forget to "check-in". I got the punch card and it is worth it in the end:) I love this place! Never a bad massage!!!! read more

I am a massage fanatic. I like this place and the owner (Judy) is quite skilled, however I found their prices to be uncompetitive. I was a loyal, weekly customer, but when their Grand Opening and other specials expired, I could not afford to keep coming. I mentioned this to them in hopes they cared about loyalty and would adjust their rates to be more competitive, but they didn't seem to care they would be losing a weekly customer. read more

Pretty great massage! I got the one hour Swedish massage. A few things that reduced my star rating: 1) My massuse didn't speak more than a few words of English- so it was hard for her to give instructions 2) There was an elderly woman sitting in the waiting area before and after my massage. I think it was the owners mom? She had tons of blankets and other things. It made me sad, like they just brought her along while they worked. Unprofessional in my opinion. Pros: I called for an appointment on a Saturday and they got me in immediately. The actual massage was great. They used a combo of pressure points and regular massage. Good value for the price. Will come back again. read more

Aside from being inexpensive, everything else was disappointing. Even though I asked for a masseuse who gave a hard massage, I got a woman who barely rubbed lotion on me. She also got up a bunch of times mid-massage and took several minutes to return. Once I even got to 312 mississippis. Next time I'll just pay my 7 year old $30 to slather lotion on my feet. read more

For the value, this place rocks. Who cares that they can't speak English very well. Do you want a conversation or a solid massage by an experienced therapist? Get over the tacky look and the bare bones space. I have been to and spent way too much money at fancy places paying way too much from amateurs that talk more than they know how to do. The only massage better than this is the $500+couples massage at the Ventana Inn in Big Sur. So, do you want a fantastic massage at everyday prices or are you willing to go over the top everyday?? Save Ventana for that special occasion but go to Flying Crane because it is awesome for what you pay for. Value matters. read more

I got the absolutely best massage of my life from Tracy at Flying Crane Spa. I was a little hesitant to go here, given that massage parlors did not have the best reputation in my town in the 1970s. I gave it a shot and it was exactly what I wanted. Deep massage on my oh so knotted shoulders and no New Age prattle. The price is beyond reasonable, $49 for an hour. I haven't had a massage in months but now I've booked one every Monday. read more

My husband and I went here this weekend after a long day at the beach. We had such a great experience... I want to come back to the area just for another massage. We both got the foot massage which is really more like a whole body massage. The room that they do the massages in is very dimly lit and properly separated. The white noise music was very relaxing and we enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you thank you thank you! read more

If only you could rate someplace negative stars... This was my fist and last time at this place. I was greeted very nicely and quickly, place was clean and smelled nice, 60 min massage for $49 bucks sounds great. Massage started out nice, I asked for a hard massage, and she was very nice and hard and slow for the first 10 minutes. Then it was like she kicked into turbo. She was SCOURING my back in the same place for 10 minutes!!! When I say scouring, I mean she was just rubbing fast, not hard, all over the place. After 20 minutes of scouring my back all over, I asked her to stop. She said "oh, ok" an then continued scouring.... I turned around and said please stop rubbing my back, it's had enough. Then she started on my legs. At this point I realized my neck was really tense, because the massage table actually had my head resting on a pillow with a hole in it, above the rest of my body, incorrectly angled for a massage table. I was more tense than when I walked in. She was also scouring my legs, which are hairy, which made the scouring even more painful. I asked her to stop completely with over 20 minutes left, paid for my massage at the the door, and let them know it was the worst massage I've ever had. read more

The most painful massage I've ever experienced and a week later I'm still feeling pain from this massage. In addition, he laughed at me when I continued to tell him it hurt. Never again and when I gave this feedback to woman the next day she sounded annoyed and argued that that pain is necessary to heal read more

I have been here 3 or 4 times and have to say that the first 3 were great. The last time was the worst massage I've had in my life. The manager was reprimanding her staff when I got there, she had me wait for about 5 minutes while doing so and then she gave me the massage herself. She answered a phone call on her cell WHILE massaging me, was distracted the whole time, and didn't really seem to know what she was doing. A random friend with no experience in massage could have done a better job. That said, you get what you pay for and the other 3 times were good experiences for the money. $24 for an hour long foot/body massage is a good deal. BUT, you never know what you're gonna get at flying crane! read more

One of the worst massages I've ever had. I get a professional massage every month but due to long hours this week, I needed extra and decided to drop in. I'm certain the massage therapist isn't trained. She started off simply rubbing my body with her palms, with no pressure. I thought maybe she was warming up but after 10min, I had to tell her I need pressure. She then started pressing down my back with her palms. I finally showed her my elbow and said, harder and deeper. She kept pushing my back down with her palms like she's doing CPR so I said this isn't working and was about to walk out when she decided to use her elbows. She still couldn't go deep and was all over the place. Instead of working on the pressure points or my knots, she randomly moved around and sometimes on my bones. As for the atmosphere, you can smell the musty smell in the room like it's been locked up and stale. Bed is hard and linen is cheap. Cash only business. read more

At these cheap foot massage places, it is what it is. It's cheap because you're in a common room with others, there's not quiet or privacy, it smells like a locker room, linens are dingy and the hygiene is iffy. But that's all to be expected. I'm just giving a bad rating because the massage itself was terrible. Super painful and rough, done by someone who seemed to have NO idea what they were doing. I repeatedly told them it was too strong, like at least 3 or 4 times. It seemed to get worse! I won't be surprised if I have bruises later. read more

Horrible - I was charged $15.00 for a half hour massage, I guess you get what you pay for. It was on the boarder of scary, someone was in the hallway talking very loud, which didn't contribute to a relaxing environment, the place is very dark and unwelcoming. It felt really dirty, but you can't see so I am not sure, perhaps it's the smell of urine that gave me the impression the establishment is dirty. I didn't want to put my stuff on the floor, and I sure as hell didn't want the blanket she tried to cover me up with. The massage was less than mediocre, I've had second dates do a better job rubbing my feet. I gave the girl a $20.00 and ran - I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I will never return! read more

We purchased a 1 hour foot massage expecting an actual foot massage. No such luck. Instead we got worked over by inexperienced staff. We were lucky we were not seriously injured. Guess in this case, you get what you pay for. read more

Terrible is all i can say. I went to get a relaxing massage and all i got was painful massage i asked the massage therapist to go softer and his reply was "hard is good". They did not check if i had any history of pain or injury and after an hour of the worst massage ever and asking several times "go softer" i left with a crippling lower back pain. Putting ones entire body weight on the small of your back and pressing hard is dangerous if the pain continues i will seek legal advice. read more

First problem, my masseuse talking with another employee instead of concentrating on the massage. You can hear everything in adjoining rooms, separated in some cases by a curtain only. The massage was painful, the opposite of relaxing, and the masseuse only asked once how it was. She spent way too long on my back and almost no time on arms and legs. When I went to pay and I put in a 10% tip she told me the tip was double and I had to redo the payment! read more

This place Is Awesome! Therapists are Great! They really know how to hit all the spots, they work hard and deserve big tips for their great massaging! I'll def come back here, also it's nice that it's close to a hotel nearby best western also Awesome! read more

Deep tissue massage left me sore but also resolved some of my symptoms. I could have asked for them to be gentle but I knew I needed treatment. Another lady came in with lots of clear instructions about how she wanted to be massaged. I'm considering getting a package. read more

This place was awesome! My boyfriend and I came here after lounging on the beach. Their prices are really affordable. It's 29 ( but they had a special) for a foot massage that apparently covers a lot more than your feet, $39 for a combo of 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes body, and $49 for a full body. We got the $39 combo. The staff was very friendly and led us to a nicely sectioned off double room with two massage beds. We passed by a room that was more of a common room with many beds in it, but It still seemed nice. I think this is where we would've gone had we gotten the foot massage package. They have you remove most of your clothes and lay under the sheet, then they come back and massage your back, neck, head, shoulders, feet, legs. It was great. There was nice ambiance and the music was relaxing. We both almost fell asleep. Sometimes you could hear little bits of conversation between the masseuse and the clients, but it was nothing bothersome. It was very clean and tasteful. I'll definitely visit again. read more

Worst experience ever ! Never go here . It was the most invasive massage I've ever had . I was creeped out to say the least . You shouldn't go to a massage and feel creeped out when you leave . This is a disgusting establishment ! Do yourself a favor and pay for a real massage at actual spas with professional certified massage therapists ! read more

Friendly at the door, quiet and lovely massage room. I work long days at farmers market and I love the amazing work they do on my feet, especially with the hot stones. Super adorable and super good foot massage! Will be back for sure only 24 dollars for 60 mins

I use to come to this place allll the time. I always get the 24$ hour foot & massage. I do enjoy the cleanliness of this place, however my last massage my masseuse dipped his hands in my foot water to extend the lotion!!!!! they use to be at least consistent. now there are many problems every time i go. I never know if i'm getting the hot stones or not, & i never know if the person is going to fuck up my back/neck or not, i never know if i'm going to burn my feet in the water or not.. and i never know if me and the person i go with start at the same time or not! BTW I can always tell if they just got done eating, they do face first and fingers smell.... i've given this place many tries but i believe there is new management and it is increasingly going downhill. it makes me question if the masseuses have their licenses or not.... anyways, gone way downhill and I will be going back to the china foot & massage across the street for 1$ more. read more
