Got the $30, 30 minute chair massage. The guy goes a little hard, but it was fine. Although, the attitude on the staff needs big improvement. They just seemed bothered by anyone that walks in and definitely talk about customers behind their backs. I also don't think I got the full 30 minutes either. Payed Venmo, and tipped $7 in cash, which is at least +20%, guy said: "that's it, that's all you have?!" no of course I have more, yet with that customer service, it should have been $0!! read more

Very reasonably priced, 30 minutes for $30. Cash or Venmo only. First time massage was decent so I tipped 10%, the second time I went today and the massage was not good. When I paid (without a tip) he asked "No tip?" I gave him $2 and he said (somewhat politely) he never wants to see me again, using my $2 to slap on his own face so I understood why. Okay, maybe I did not tip as much as industry standard, but if they do not want my business for skimping on tip I do not want to come anymore. Leo always gives an incredible massage so I am happy to give 5 stars. If you go, ask for him. However, I recently had one of the worst massages of my life here. First, the massage therapist had long nails and every time she squeezed, her nails hurt really bad, pinching into my skin. I don't think she was the owner but someone else. Secondly, she didn't do much massaging or kneading with deep pressure, but just squeezed the outer layers of my skin really hard. It hurt, over and over, for thirty minutes straight. I don't think she had a clue what she was doing. She was frantically and chaotically grabbing and squeezing everywhere very fast. The whole massage hurt and was not at all relaxing. Half the time, she just seemed to hit and smack me over and over. Sometimes she just pushed me really hard over and over, not really carefully and slowly working the muscles at all with her thumbs or elbows but just shoving me into the chair repeatedly. I had a terrible migraine after the massage. It was very, very bad. Even the head massage was bad, with her sharp nails pressing into my skin way too hard. She clearly has not had any training and has no idea what she is doing. I was in pain for thirty minutes straight, I was annoyed at how fast she was squeezing my skin all over the place, frustrated with being smacked and shoved so much, and just couldn't wait until it was all over. Again, I am giving 5 stars because Leo always does such a good job. He is clearly a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. If you go here, my advice is just avoid anyone else but him. read more

There's a difference between a deep tissue massage And someone applying so much pressure on your neck it seems like they're trying to choke you. The gentlemen there gave the worse massage I have ever have and I'm usually a very good tipper but this guy gave a fast run on my table massage doing the same thing on my back for 40 minutes. For a mall massage in 20 min they totally hit the spot. My shoulders and upper back were hella tight after a few stressful days at work. I give this place a try, as I was at the mall, and figured for 20 bucks it would help a little. The dude who gave me the chair massage applied full on pressure, almost as good as a deep tissue, using his elbows etc on my tight shoulders. After 20 min he did a number on my shoulders and back, but today the day after, fell much better. This is definitely not the usual gentle, soothing, relaxing, Swedish massage that most people would expect. The glute massage may make some people uncomfortable. I on the other hand absolutely, sincerely appreciated it. She beat all my knots into submission. I've been here twice, both times I've almost fallen asleep. My (female) massage therapist did NOT use deep tissue techniques, nor did she hurt me, at all. Not every person wanting a massage wants the crap gouged and squeezed out of them. A smart business will try to cater to all tastes. The massages I've had here have been on the lighter side, but/and they have been very soothing and relaxing, which is exactly what I wanted. I would turn down the male(s) if offered, because most (not all) male Chinese massage therapists just want to dig the hell out of you, and if they're hurting you they can't be bothered/don't care to lighten up. read more

I usually don't write Yelp reviews, but I had such a horrible experience here and I wanted to share it. I came by to get a 30 minute foot massage ($20). The actual massage was mediocre at best, but the employee doing the massage was extremely rude. She repeatedly criticized me, calling a small, healed, years-old scar on my knee and another on my foot "gross". (Obviously it would have been inappropriate and for me to get a massage with any open cut or wound and would not do that) I didn't know it was cash only and all I had was a $20 (enough to pay, but not to tip) and I wanted to tip, despite the poor service up to that point. She angrily told me to go find an ATM with no direction. I returned in 10 minutes and brought back money to add a 20% tip. She then pointedly looked at the cash I had left in my wallet and started saying "give me more money". I told her I felt that my 20% tip was appropriate, but she continued to berate me. I was apologetic but said that I wasn't going to tip extra and she didn't offer any explanation as to why she wanted me to, just repeating "more money" and naming off the value of the bills she had seen in my wallet. This is all loudly happening while others are getting massaged and trying to relax. She then proceeded to put her hand in my face, as close as she could without touching me, and shoo me out the door. "She said just shoo and get out" This is extremely poor behavior in any customer service oriented business. I still gave her the tip, even though I wanted to take it back- but I left offended and stressed out. Not how one should feel after a massage. read more
