I purchased a Botox a 40 unit package, I usually only get 20, for my forehead and the creases between my brows. After more than 10 years of Botox treatments, this was the most painful I've ever had. The burning was awful. That has never happened before. She said that she was going to contact the distributor because it happened to another client also. To make it worse I got this treatment for Mother's Day. It's the middle of June and you can't even tell because the creases didn't fade away like they usually do. I don't feel I got what I paid for. At first everything seemed good. Leisa said I was in good hands for my Botox. she said she was a licensed esthetician. The Botox took no more than 5 mins. she gave no aftercare instructions. i only went for the area between my brows and she said she gave me a little extra in my forehead. I didn't ask for that. Two weeks later I had zero results so I called her. Her story changed dramatically and she started in on my older skin being difficult and her go to response to many that she had 50 units in her forehead so maybe you needed more or a facelift. I asked if she'd fix and she said yes. Would I have to pay again, absolutely, was her answer. checked her website after all of this and an *by Botox and juvederm claims it's administered by a registered nurse. I don't believe she is one and I believe her product is watered down. she also is using Groupon for customers but tells them not to go through Groupon because they take 50%, so she's stealing from them. by doing that you also lose the ability to rate her via Groupon. so you're not getting the true review of her services. sounds fishy to me. read more

I wrote a positive review for this shop but I am retracting it. I went in for Botox between thte eyebrows (the 11's). I have had this done every two years for the last 10 years so I am very familiar with the results. The shop was cute, the owner claimed to be a nurse gone beautician. After two weeks of NO results I atttempted to call to find out what BOTOX they had used. Totally ghosted. Stopped by the shop was closed. Contacted by phone with messages and on line. Almost $200 dollars and I believe she used saline not anything legitimate. Not one bit of muscle was effected. I would have expected at least a call saying it works different for everyone, nonsense, but ghosting is not good business. Avoid the saline injections. At least I hope it was saline. read more

But she did not do a good job at all. This is after a year. I should be enjoying my eyebrows not trying to get corrected what she obviously messed up on. I would love to know what made he put a square to cover up her error on my eyebrows. She paid for 3 sessions to correct what she messed up on My face. I recently used a Groupon for demi mink lashes. While the salon was cute and staff mostly friendly....the service was terrible. During my appt my technician, Shon, continually commented on how I was the last client of the day and she couldn't wait to be done (how welcoming!). Towards the end she said she wasn't sure if she sealed my right eyelashes and finally settled on "I must have" even after I asked if she should go back over them just in case; turns out she didn't seal them because within a day and a half I had lost all but a few stragglers in my right eye(see picture I had sent my SIL, a regular extension user) and had followed the care instructions obsessively. I called and left two VMs to get them fixed and it's been a week and a half without a returned call. I got the lashes specifically for a girls' trip I'm already home from. I also went back to the groupon page to see if my case is a stand alone and it's not by a long shot. Not only are there dozens of other similar reviews but the owner responds back to complaints rudely and blaming the client - When you're getting multiples of the same 2-3 complaints maybe you should be looking at what's going wrong in your business instead of blaming disappointed clients! I went to get the full lash glam set for the first time last Saturday. Leisa chatted with me while I waited for Lexxi to finish with her client, she was running late. Leisa seemed cool, she's the only one licensed and experienced to do the microblading. We made small talk and it was pleasant to have spoken with her for a bit. It's a small cute interior shop, very kitschy. Rooms are small and quaint. Pillows are everywhere. Lexxi seems nice and after using the bathroom and having to go upstairs to get the first set of lash set she started taping off my bottom lashes. It felt strange to have the tape right over my bottom lashes but it is to keep them from sticking to the top lashes from the glue application. It took just less than an hour and only one lash at the outer edge of my right eye came off from my eye tearing up during the initial application. She retaped the bottom edge of my eye and reapplied a new single lash. They didn't look at full as I would have thought but did go around most of my lid. I got the medium lashes and she added one or two long ones in the middle to open up my eyes a bit. She then tinted my eyebrows. They were a bit different in thickness and shape from right to left at first but she fixed them for me and she toned them down since it looked too painted on at first. The lashes looked interesting but not as realistic as I had hoped and the lashes felt like they weren't the mink but more plasticky, hard and rigid to me. They felt a bit too hard and not as soft to make them seem more realistic. I look like I have fake lashes on but they are well placed to the lashes at least. The tint rubbed off on the outer edge of my brow within a few hours. The lashes are decent and at least I don't feel I need any mascara to make my eyes pop at all. I was also told to be careful not to wash the lids and to not put any lotion or oils on them and they should last up to 2 weeks. I am going back for another fill in a week if anything starts to fall out in a week and before my wedding. I would not do the tinting again. The tint didn't stay or make any difference after being able to wash the brows after 24 hours. There was no remnant of the tint after a day. Plus I can pencil them in myself and get better results for the day. It's 6am Wednesday morning. It's been 3 days and a few hmy first 3 lashes fell out of my right eye. My husband noticed them on my cheek and I actually thought he was teasing, sadly he was not as he pulled them off my cheek to show me. My heart sank since it had only been 3 days. They came off the inner corner of my right eye. I am now fearful of how many more will fall out before Friday, my one week check and fill-in appointment. I am so bummed that it didn't even last a full week before any fell out on me! Lasting a full 2 weeks or close to it is a misnomer. I have to get them filled because I have now committed to the extensions before my wedding. Or is it all just another beauty scam to make us hopeful it will last a full week knowing we will have to come back in less than a week for a fill or two or even a full set. I am thoroughly disappointed. I called them to let them know the day the 3 lashes fell out after only 3 days. Leisa told me I could come in today for a repair, which would not cost me anything extra. We agreed to meet tomorrow and she would consult me to see what can be done to make sure the lashes won't fall out before my wedding in 6 days. I lost a 4th eyelash before bedtime that same day and found 2 more that are rather loose and are going all over the place on my eyelid and not staying in place. I can't wait for the repair. I am paranoid that my lashes will all fall out the day before my wedding with the lash extensions and then I will be stuck with bald lids for my wedding. I will have to buy some falsies in case of an emergency. I went back 5 days later for a repair and a few loose lashes (3) were secured and a few more lashes were added that were missing, about 4-5. I kept being told several After my repair on the 6th day one lash fell out in the morning. I was beyond incensed. Another one on the other lid came loose and out shortly after. It didn't even stay intact for 24 hours and Lexxi said she had made sure all was good during the repair, or so I thought. Before the end of the night I had another lash loose and flipping and flopping all over the place. The good thing about this place is that the staff is incredibly nice chat with. Lesia is pleasant and amiable. I do wish she had done my lashes, she seems to be the most experienced of all of the staff members. Lexxi is nice and decent at what she does too. Night before my wedding and 4 more fell out of my left eye. So utterly mad and disappointed as it now looks sparse after 3 less in the middle. Another 2 fell out of the left eye a day after my wedding. Since all of them have only fallen out of the left they were poorly glued on. 20 more gone in 1 wk since the repair. 10 more gone after 2 days. read more

Okay, just so you are all aware at the end of this review there will be a rude or blameshifting comment from Flutter Lashes; as that's how Leisa seems to carry on business. (Attacking customers who leave less than flattering reviews, check out her responses on Google & Groupon, I am not joking) First things first, I purchased Microblading from Flutter on Groupon. Despite it being over an hour from my home, I bought the item & made the appointments. I walked into flutter with full, but admittedly slightly mishapen brows. Mostly looking for them to be evened out & filled in. So I get to my first appointment & after waiting a few minutes for Leisa to finish up with her last client, I was called and told to take a seat. Leisa was very friendly and seemed very nice. We made small talk through the first few minutes of the process where she basically drew 2 lines on my face & wiped off any eyebrow pencil residue I had left on my brows. That is where things took a turn for the worse, obviously i was aware that this process would be somewhat painful BUT she literally dug so far into my skin on the right side that i was bleeding everywhere & I now already have a deep scar. And throughout the whole 2 hour process she must have asked me or her coworkers a dozen times "does that one look thicker than that one?" "does this eyebrow look darker than that one?" "should i go further in on this side?" CONSTANTLY second guessing herself & making me very uneasy. She is clearly not experienced in this particular skill. And as if my skin was not sore and raw enough, we both notice that she went much too high on one eyebrow & it looks oddly shaped and wobbly, so SHE TAKES WHITE PIGMENT AND DIGS IT INTO MY ALREADY BATTERED SKIN TO COVER IT UP. (Ended up with 2 totally different shaped brows as you can see in the Pics) Anyway, so the appointment ends & one of my eyebrows looked pretty much identical to what it had before but my right one that I told you about earlier..? Swollen, mishapen, and about 3 different colors. It was pretty clear that I was disappointed, but I figured it would somehow improve when finished healing. NO. Days later I am losing CHUNKS of scabbed pigment & my actual brow hair, no pigment left on the skin. I message Leisa, she says its normal that's why you have a second appointment. WRONG. Not normal, it's normal to scab & once it sheds to reveal pigment with your natural brow atleast mostly in tact. Again, I give her the benefit of the doubt, and try to convince myself that this can be fixed. So 4 weeks later, although still feeling uneasy about Leisa doing my brows, I make arrangements to get to my second appointment an hour away. HOURS before I am due to go in, I get a text saying basically "I have strep throat & a fever of 103, I am going home now." ..okay so you just been working all up in people's faces all day today knowing you were sick? I did not say that though, in a very polite manner I told her that I hope she feels better & that unfortunately I will not be able to get more time off work for another appointment or arrange a ride, so i would kindly like to ask for a refund. OH MAN SHE WENT OFF ON ME. She was clearly upset & being very combative, but I continued to be pleasant and kind & insist that I would rather work this out in a civil manner. She was having none of it. She insisted that was not possible because she had already done my brows (but also told me my opinion was not valid because she hadn't done my brows yet. (Aka my touch up appointment.) In the end, she basically said I don't have your damn money, call groupon. Which I did, and perhaps because my experience was exactly like other womens reviews who have gone here for Mblading- they gave me my money back & apologized for Leisa's behavior and harassing messages. Last thing I do, because her offer is still active on groupon, is go put a shorter/ not too harsh warning on her reviews about her clear lack of experience and confidence in this department. All while acknowledging I thought she was a sweet and friendly lady. YALL.. I WOKE UP WITH A TEXT FROM THIS WOMAN HARASSING ME YET AGAIN. Girls, stay away. Last little FYI: I recently went to have my microblading fixed/done to my liking by someone who specializes in Microblading. & while explaining to her what happened at Flutter, she informed me that the fact that Leisa finished another clients lashes in the chair, wiped it off and then sat me in it to do microblading is actually illegal and will probably get her shut down for health code violations. They are not allowed to do this kind of procedure in the same spot they do others because it is literally asking for cross contamination and infections. Please do not go here for microblading, please do not buy the Groupon, please believe me it is worth the extra money a microblading specialist will charge you, and will save you in the long run. I love that they often honor the Groupon price in-shop! I'd much rather my money go to this adorable local business. The owner & tech Lisa always does my lash extensions/ lift/ tint & brow shape up AND I am never disappointed. The whole experience is always pleasant, there could be a more calming atmosphere, but it is a boutique after all! On occasion I do have to wait a little longer than my scheduled appointment time (for the previous client to be finished up) and so I've learned to give myself some wiggle room in my own schedule when going in, I recommend you all do the same. read more

I previously visited in 2014. At the time I had extension done by the owner. She is very nice and personable, but the eyelash extensions were sub par. I constantly had to tame them with the brush and needed a fill after a week! Recently I revisited for flares and eyebrow tint (because I saw them on Groupon). I had an appointment with one woman, but found out that someone else would be doing them when I arrived. The person assigned to my appointment was eating down the street and had to be called by the owner. The owner left to eat while I was still waiting on my services. My appointment started ten minutes after the scheduled time. Again, the staff is beyond friendly. They offered snacks and water and engaged in conversation with clients while they were receiving services. I personally am not a fan of tinting. My first time getting it done was at this establishment and I really couldn't see the difference. I had it done at a different time at a different establishment and it was much better! You could actually SEE the difference. As far as the lash flares; terrible. They had to be too close to or on my skin because it irritated my eyes so bad I had to remove them the next day (which was excruciating removing most of my natural lashes). They told me the flares would last a week or so, but all other flares I received at other places lasted longer. I now am a regular customer at beewaxed in Pontiac off telegraph. I've NEVER had flares done so perfectly and they last an entire month. I now have eyelash extensions and they are so perfect (with fill ins every 3-4 weeks). I'm a little uncertain. I expected more from a full set. I originally purchased the Groupon but then I paid the extra for the for full set and I even showed a picture of what I had before when I had a full set. She explained that she could tell that I would be wanting a full/dramatic set but I explained I didn't want to tarantula eyes. All that being said I'm a little disappointed, over all the service was great but I did expect fuller looking lashes. So I had to edit my review. After 10 Days my lashes are completely off. I recently had an appointment with Meredith and can say with 100% confidence that I will never visit her again. She was very unprofessional, made several mistakes on my lashes, and dropped many "F bombs" at said mistakes. The appointment took twice as long as I was scheduled to be there, and I noticed as soon as I got home that the "waxing" that she did on my brows didn't even remove many of my stray hairs. During my Lash session, she taped my bottom lashes to my skin in attempt to make the installation of the top lashes easier, and ended up ripping off a chunk of skin on my bottom eyelid. I now have a scar that I have had to cover with makeup, due to her carelessness in ripping tape off of my skin. In addition to her cussing, Meredith also spoke to me about her boyfriend's medical marijuana card, and how she was "so happy" that I was her last customer of the day, so that she could go home and watch TV... neither comment was appreciated. The things that came out of her mouth made me feel as if my session was not important to her, which clearly, based on the quality of services that I received, it was not. The only reason I gave this review more than one star is because Lisa was very sweet and talkative from start to finish of my time at the boutique. If you plan to visit this location, book with Lisa, not Merideth. The shop itself is very cute and fun. I presume that I just had a bad experience with one of their employees, but that experience is enough to assure that I will not be returning to this boutique. read more

Do NOT go to this salon to get your microblading done!!!! I purchased the service through Groupon to receive microblading and a touch up in 4-6 weeks. First off, I was not able to make an appointment right away as no appointments were available. When I finally got to the salon for my appointment a couple weeks later, I was introduced to Lisa the owner who was also performing my service. She never asked me any medical questions whatsoever. Did not put any covering over the chair I was directed to lay on and I never saw her open a new instrument/tool that she used on me. Before starting my service she informed me that she was putting a numbing cream on my eyebrows for the pain. It did absolutely nothing to numb the pain. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but this hurt way more than I expected. I'm not an expert on this service but I have seen this performed and I know your supposed to have markings and an outline done to determine shape and size before the service starts. This was not done! During the entire process she had to keep stopping to make adjustments because she had no outline to follow. She never asked me what color I wanted or the shape I would like to have. After spending over an hour and a half in the chair she was finished. She instructed me to apply Vaseline over my brows when I got home. She never wiped away the residue after she was finished and it looked horrible. By the 3rd day my eyebrows were completely scabbed over and were about an inch wide. Thank goodness it was cold outside and I could wear a hat to cover over them. They looked awful!!!!!! After the scabs finally fell off my brows looked worse then when I went in. The only difference now is I have less hair and a black line over my left brow. This is what I paid $200 dollars for????? I have left messages with Lisa to try and get my money back but needless to say she has not returned my phone calls. I would not recommend this salon for anyone looking to receive microblading. Truly awful. I went there to get a fill after wearing lashes for 3 weeks that were applied elsewhere. Their full price was SO MUCH less than where I had them put on that I decided to try them out. I left after getting lashes filled, to feel hardened clumps scraping my eyes. Shortly after that, large clumps of lashes began to fall out. I contacted the boutique, was told that the girl who put them on would meet me on Monday to fix them. Well Monday came, I got half way to ferndale (a 30 minute drive for me), and received a phone call from An extremely tearful lash girl stating that she could not make it because her boyfriend took her keys, her boss was out of town and she didn't know what to do. I was very calm about it but expressed to her that they needed to be fixed as my eyes were constantly tearing. She proceeded to call me THREE more times, telling me to attempt to remove them myself with olive or coconut oil. At this point I already had missing patches of lashes and was extremely sad that this had happened. Eventually (about a week later) I was contacted by the owner who agreed to take the lashes off, refund my money, give me something to rejuvenate what lashes I had left and apologized. Well I never received anything as promised and when I called to inquire about it she stated that I wasn't going to receive what she had promised and basically it was all my fault that anything happened because my eyes had teared during the application. I find it hard to believe that my eyes are the first to produce tears during an eyelash application. I will never ever return there, and never recommend it to anyone. I will however go out of my way to tell people NOT to go there due to my experience. This is an excellent lesson in "you get what you paid for". read more

Just terrible! I was there last spring for a full set of lashes. The girl worked on my right eye for an hour then my left only 20 min. She was too busy worrying about her music cutting off and kept getting distracted I paid 140 for my lashes and three days later they started coming off of my left eye. I talked to the onset twice and I reschedule my appointment twice. She told me I could come in free for the repair, then since I lived far, I got stuck in traffic so I called to state I was going to be late and she tells me that she is going to charge me for my service. I then said I was going to report her to the bbb. She then called me a fucking bitch and was terrible to me... I just got my eyelashes lifted and tinted here and they look awesome! Lots of volume. Definitely going to be coming back here for all of my lift and tint needs. Would recommend the lift and tint to anyone who wants natural lashes but to look like you have mascara on. Shon was great- very nice and efficient, plus she did a great job on my lashes! read more

While the staff were friendly enough I left quite disappointed in my lash lift. The person who did them paid no attention to the individual lashes, so they ended up only clumpy and slightly curled. In fact it felt like she put on the solution with only her finger or a spatula, instead of a brush, although I couldn't see to be sure. ETA: the owner contacted me and told me they used the tool that came with the product. I still stand by my claim that not enough attention was paid to the individual lashes and their shape, leading to an overall inferior outcome compared to my previous lash lift experiences. I've had a lash lift before (at a different salon) and the esthetician finely separated each of my lashes while they were being permed to create a beautiful, lifted, fanned out look (and for a lower price as well!) so I was expecting the same care and attention to my lashes and the same result. Instead I got a rush job and quite frankly a waste of money. Ah, forgot to mention the eating of chips while I sat there with my eyes closed (I understand needing food, but at least leave the room and don't eat over someone's head who is getting a beauty procedure done) and the loud gossiping about customers from the other staff. So I got microblading Groupon from flutter lash Boutique in Ferndale with Lisa and the first session I was not happy with how my eyebrows looked after she said some would come off and it just be tinted and then the second one session is when it'll get the full effect when I met with her the first time never once did I fill out a sheet of a brief medical history which you're supposed to never once did she ask if I was allergic to anything which again you're supposed to ask because I'm allergic to latex and the second time she had latex gloves on she's very friendly but the bed was not the table was not sanitized after if she did eyelashes on someone all she did was put a clean paper towel down on the headrest but there were eyelashes all over the bed table whatever she didn't spray it down also after the first session of microblading everything peeled off there's nothing there I was in tears I don't have many eyebrows then the second session and it's also painful the lidocaine didn't do anything for me and she kept applying it after doing the microblading and you have open sores once you get the microblading and it just causes more pain anyway the second session she told me stick if there was any issues within the first week that I would come back and I didn't have to pay for anything blah blah blah and each session was 2 hours by the way and they were painful it's a blade going to your eyebrow and I was extremely unhappy after the second session I even told her I was unhappy and said my eyebrows looked horrible they were different colored in certain areas they weren't even the first session and second session she didn't do any measurements and how like you see in the videos to make sure everything lines up and is even I text her when I got home and again specified how unhappy I was and that I was in tears and she reassured me everything would be fine it would take to my skin never was it said that there was a slight chance that it won't take I was told after I went through the 4 hours of pain and after I had complained that the second session everything peeled off again everything there's no tint there's no anything left she uses organic ink I don't know if that's the reason why I don't know she said I'm the only person that this is ever happened to or one other person is happen to everyone else is 100% happy I asked for a refund because I got it through Groupon and the three days of making of purchasing Groupon will refund but because it took forever just to make an appointment and be seen they said I had a contact Lisa Lisa didn't even offer me any I sent her pictures of my eyebrows and showed that there was nothing she told me to contact Groupon that she only got like $60 out of the hole dealer whatever she didn't offer me anything I have text messages to prove and voicemail and after two and a half months Groupon finally worked with me but I would not recommend if you're getting microblading done to go to flutterlash they should just stick to doing lashes in this isn't slander by the way this these are facts that happened to me read more

Well, i went on groupon and seen flairs and brow styling.  Always wanted to try it. First, this place is adorable. Absolutely adorable.  Also, kinda cramped. In my girls room the table i was on took up the whole room. Anyways, i had googled flairs and everything i read said the were individuals and lasted about 2 weeks.  This wasnt that at all.  They were chunks of lashes, say a quarter inch or less wide.  No choice what they looked like.  Cant get them wet, cant wear make up and no oil products.  Pretty much just like half a step up from strips. Well, i was late.  Totally my fault. So she skipped the brow styling. Which i found out was simply fillying them in anyways.  Once the lashes were on, they were ok but nothing major.  The one over my left eye was not as well doneas my right eye.  Obvious gaps between my lash and the .. mini strips. Then, the inner corner lifted within an hour.  Completely not worth the $27.  I took them off as soon as i got home.  Peeled off with no problem, way too easily. read more

I purchased a Groupon for Microblading and I know people say "you get what you pay for" but even with the groupon I spent $250 for non-existent results. I had two sessions, each one very painful followed by a week long awkward recovery period, to end up with the same eye brows I had before starting this whole process. I cannot see any individual hair strokes and on my second appointment was told that she thought I wanted 'shading' done and not hair strokes. Ummmm never heard of that type of microblading. On top of no results I would say the chair was not clean and the atmosphere was not professional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The workers are nice but that's about it. read more

Just wanted to give a LONG overdue shout out to this small business. I have been getting lash extensions for 8 months and I have had them done by both Lisa and Meredith and they are both EXCELLENT and professional and work with all my very picky requests Meredith has been doing my lashes more often recently, and I don't even call it an appointment anymore- I call it girl time with her!! Well...I called and inquired about their Groupon deal. They asked me not to do the Groupon but they would honor the offer in the salon. They scheduled me at 5:30pm on a Friday. I showed up on time and waited about 5-10 minutes. The girl was playing on her phone, texting people, probably about meeting up on this Friday night. I've been going here for over a year now every 2-3 weeks to get my eyelash extensions done with Lisa and it is by far my favorite place to go. I have tried 10 different salons in the area, so I'm vouching this is the best place to go quality wise and price wise. She's very experienced with what she does so not only does she do a great job, but she's quick so you won't have to sit there for a long time getting your service done like other salons I've been to. The salon is super clean, decorated really girly and cute, and not to mention Lisa, the owner, is so personable and makes sitting there for an hour very entertaining and fun. She's easy to have a conversation with and she makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. Her schedule is super busy, which is just a testament to her amazing work, so make sure to book at least a week ahead of time for regular visits - she offers a free online booking website which makes it incredibly easy to book appointments! And she has really accommodating hours, she's pretty much available 6 days a week and has appointments after 5:00 during the week which is great for people like me who work and have a long commute home. She is also willing to squeeze in clients when they are in a pinch and need to make an emergency appointment whenever she is able to do so. I've been here twice. The first time was for a lash lift, second time for a lift and tint. Rita performed the services and while she's a nice human being, her professionalism is definitely lacking. I asked her some very basic questions (do I need to take my contacts out, should I get a tint too) and she didn't know any of the answers. That should have been my first clue to turn around and walk out. I went through with the procedure and wasn't upset with the results (they were just ok, nothing to write home about), but the procedure wasn't fun. Rita took a smoke break in the middle of my session and came back reeking of cigarettes. The timer for the gel went off and she was nowhere to be found, so I had to holler for her which was awkward. Then she decided to eat her lunch inches above my head. I would definitely tolerate this for great results, but I felt very meh about how my lashes looked. I'd rather just keep curling and applying mascara or pay more for somebody better. Part of me would like to go back and give somebody else a chance to perform the service since I live in Ferndale and prefer to spend locally, but I think I'd rather not gamble and instead go somewhere more that's more accredited. read more

I bought a deal in Groupon for micro blading. This is a cute salon downtown Ferndale. When I first got there the girl that greeted me was very welcoming. The owner, in which I had an appointment with was next door eating. My appointment was at 3, I'd say we started at about 3:30. This is my fault for not researching more, and just being excited. She explained things to me and we got started. The only measurements that were done were with a something..a pencil I think. She made 2 marks in between my eyes and that was it. She started and as we talked she seemed scattered. I tried to tell her I wanted them very textured, but didn't like super prominent lines at the base of the eyebrow. Well that was never heard. Doing them free handed, I noticed right away marks made way below my eyebrows, on both sides. I mean way down on the eyelid. I kept asking her what they were. She's like oh that's just hair stuck. So I had the mirror, and it wasn't hair it was a cut with pigment in it. I tried to move the "hair" and it started bleeding. So I asked her again later in the process again about the lines way down on my eyelid, this time she said oh they will fade. So she's doing this free handed, and they just kept looking quite uneven, and they are. She made one come in way too far toward my nose. I didn't like that at all, and even worse the other didn't match. That was a mess! So at this point it's killing me, (the numbing cream is totally worn off) because she starts rushing and gets blatantly annoyed. She was in such a rush to get me out I didn't receive the Vaseline or any written instructions. I ended out leaving a $30 insulated cup in there because she was in such a frenzy at this point, and I was very uncomfortable. Anyways I had to come home and literally pick in my eyelids so the pigment didn't settle in those cuts. Today I can see the lines she made. Not one looks hair-like. They are very long and crooked. It's very weird. There's changes in this process, but I can clearly see these lines. So it looks like my little niece took a fine tip marker and drew a few lines on each eyelid way under my eyebrows, because I couldn't quite get all the pigment out. Then it looks like she took a thicker tipped marker and made weird crooked lines within my eyebrows. I am so so so upset. I am a flight attendant and I have been off of work for a year, because I'm sick. I spent quite a bit of money, drove an hour, and tipped her. I called today and said I won't be back, and asked for her to send my cup, because it's special to me. She was extremely rude. Acted as I was crazy for being so upset, and tried to put the blame on me. I am in the service industry as well, with spray tanning & a former nail tech. If a client is ever upset, if I believe in right and they're wrong, I NEVER make them feel they're wrong, and do everything in my power to accommodate them. My eyelids are literally tattooed with little lines way below my eyebrows, and my eyebrows have weird lines going throughout. Not one looks hair-like!! I not only wasted money, my eyelids are tattooed. At least I can pencil my eyebrows. Horrible!!!! read more
