I finally got to try the popular Japanese fluffy pancakes at Fluffy Fluffy Duluth, and they did not disappoint! I ordered their new seasonal Apple Cinnamon fluffy pancake along with the Blueberry Caramelized pancake, and both were amazing. The soufflé-style base makes them super light and airy without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The drinks were also delicious--whether you're in the mood for a tea or a frappe, you really can't go wrong. The cafe itself is cute, cozy, and perfect for hanging out, studying, or just vibing for a bit. If you're a dessert lover or just curious about Japanese-style pancakes, definitely check them out and see what you think!

An amazing spot for a sweet treat! We got the Crystal Taro soufflé pancake, and it was heavenly. The wait was a bit long, but it was definitely worth it. The cream had a good amount of taro flavor, the pancakes were soft and fluffy, the crystal boba provided textural diversity, and the brown sugar syrup that came on the side was insanely tasty. Ambiance & service were good. Lots of parking available. 10/10 would recommend!

Quaint and well decorated spot. Sweet employees serving soufflé style pancakes with multiple flavors. Keep in mind the flavor can be a bit egg heavy

Came by on a Friday night and it was pretty busy, we hovered for a bit until a table became free. Got to try the signature pancakes, creme brulee, and the matcha white chocolate. The portions are huge and I think 2-3 people should share one, especially if you are already full from a main meal. The pancakes were warm and fluffy. The signature was my favorite. Good amount of fruit and tasty syrup, not too sweet! The carmelized bananas on the creme brulee was on point, but some friends said it was a bit too eggy for them. The matcha white chocolate was a bit disappointing bc the only white chocolate was in the form of chocolate chips which texture wise didn't go well with the pancakes. I would have much preferred a white choco ganache or syrup to go over it. There was also generic vanilla ice cream on the side. I would return to try other flavors - there doesn't seem to be many other Japanese pancake spots but maybe I haven't found em yet.

Crème brûlée and bacon egg pancake

Came here on a Saturday lunchtime and place was packed! A few tables out front were open but we got the last table inside. Menu is mainly the fluffy soufflé pancakes, with three separate classes of flavours, basic with minimal toppings, and two separate categories for other toppings (we got biscoff and crème brûlée flavours - both excellent)! The pancakes all come with whipped cream and ice cream as accompaniment, some have a special sauce on the side. They also have croffle sandwich (croissant waffles) and some savoury options (Benedicts and an egg and bacon soufflé with special sauce) options so not all sweet here. Also have a menu of drinks which none of us tried. Prices are a bit on the higher end, $15+ for each, though one is realistically enough for two to split and be fully satisfied. Staff are nice, order at the counter and pick it up when pancake is ready. Soufflés will take 15 mins to make as they are making them fresh. In an increasingly busy strip mall on pleasant hill so parking is free but when busy you are competing with a bunch of other restaurants, cafes, and Teso life. Overall much better than we expected, had a great time!

Parking Parking is plentiful, it is in a strip mall. Restaurant/Food I arrived at this spot at about 1100 am, plenty of seating. I ordered from the kiosk and food was ready in under 10 minutes. I ordered the Biscoff pancakes. The presentation of the pancakes was awesome. They were fluffy, airy and melt in your mouth. The whipped topping on the pancakes is to die for. This spot is definitely a do over. Health score is 100.

Wow! Definitely a new favorite breakfast spot for us. We ordered an iced and a hot latte and both were great- not too sweet but great quality coffee. We ordered the Bacon Eggs Benedict & the tiramisu pancakes and the servings were plentiful and the quality of the food was excellent! The service was quick & it is decorated super cute inside. 10/10 recommend Fluffy Fluffy! We will be back

The pancakes are so fluffy and soft. The caramelized banana was a perfect touch! It paired so well together. It also had a bit of ice cream and extra blueberry jam in the side. The place is small and not suitable for large groups. However, it is very clean and comfortable. You can order on your own or with the cashier. Definitely give it a try but it may be too much sweetness! I think you could share one between two people.

When you walk in you're met with a beautiful decorated space . Due to the hype it's very packed but they have a great system in place after you order if it's to go or dine in they give you an electronic buzzer that rings when your order is ready . Since it's very small and you're dealing with a long wait some people will sit down occupying dine in seats waiting for their Togo order which is a bit frustrating. Especially when the space is already small . So we ordered ours to go and people waiting for their to go orders got us we were able to sit down . We ordered the strawberry and the cream brûlée. While the presentation was beautiful and true to all the videos the flavor was very unsettling. Clearly it's egg based but it tasted like a plain egg omelette . Curious if in your recipe do you put any vanilla , almond extract in the batter , just something to bring in some sweetness to the dessert . For the strawberries I wish it came with more of the strawberry jam the 1 ounce cup wasn't enough it should have come in the same container as the whipped cream which was more than enough . Sadly the entire dessert was very underwhelming and unapaitizing in flavor again very egg forward even the cream brûlée was hard to eat it was like a crème brûlée egg. We also ordered the Peach soda drink and a mango soda drink which was amazing . Calm and friendly staff . Remember be paitient the wait is long .

Setting is very vibrant and they offer complimentary cucumber lemon water. I enjoyed their regular fluffy pancakes and gonna try the French toast probably. Most of the other locations open later so there is never a parking issue in the morning.

Best soufflé pancakes ever! There's a handful of soufflé pancake options to choose from. Was really debating on the original or strawberry and ended up with the latter; best decision for sure. If you've seen these on Instagram and how jiggly & soft they looked, well they certainly were. Rich egg flavored, soft, batter that just melted in your mouth; I was able to cut these apart like butter. The sauce on top was a little too sweet for my taste so I brushed most of it off but it still gave the pancakes a nice flavor that wasn't overwhelming. Each order comes with 2 soufflé pancakes stacked on top of each other. It was about $15 per order, so definitely isn't towards the "cheap" side, but it's such a good dessert, it was totally worth it and the experience. Seating was a challenge as during most their business hours, the place is pretty packed with limited tables, but they do have few tables outside. It's also not as loud inside, so you can converse without having too much difficulty hearing. Overall a great experience and definitely looking forward to be back. If you're looking for soufflé pancakes, this place is for sure worth the try.

Japanese Pancakes were delicious but overpriced. The egg chair seating covers need to be washed and there needs to be a better job wiping down the tables after people leave.

Well, hate to be frank, but our Souffle Pancake was just very disappointing. While the pancake was nice and fluffy, the toppings and presentation wasn't even close to being as good as they used to be. I felt this was new management, with a whole, new style of doing desserts maybe? In any case, we did think the pancake tasted good...but it was just lacking in the creamy topping, as only the top layer had this creamy base. The lower 2 pancakes had no cream on it...and tasted quite bland. Even the strawberry sauce was minimal...so minimal, I went up to ask for more. Also, the decorative toppings, including the strawberry, were just BLAHHH. If you come here expecting the Strawberry Souffle Pancake of the past, you'll be disappointed. So nope...just not pretty enough for Instagramming. Made me wonder if the rest of the desserts have gone down as well?? For drinks, my husband had Cappuccino, and I had this Oohlong Tea. Not pictured, but the presentation was just passable...and the taste was just OK. If I recall, their drinks used to be presented beautifully as well as their desserts...but from the look of things, that may no longer be true. Guess I may give this place at least another try. Who knows? Maybe it was just an off night?? Hopefully I can upgrade the review on my next v visit...should the dessert and the drink look and taste better. Fingers crossed??

Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. I was served scrambled eggs, and just as I was about to eat a piece, I noticed several short hairs embedded in the eggs. I was extremely disgusted and almost vomited. I immediately called my server, who went to speak with the manager. The manager came over, apologized, and told me that they would remove my meal from the bill. While I appreciate the apology and the gesture, I was much more concerned about how something like this could happen in the kitchen in the first place. I asked the manager to speak with the kitchen staff because this is a serious food-safety and hygiene issue. What made this even more disappointing is that I have trusted this restaurant for years. I used to feel comfortable bringing my family here, and there was a person who always made sure everything was served properly and that customers were taken care of. It also seems that there has been a change in management, as I no longer see the same manager I used to. After today's experience, I no longer feel comfortable eating food prepared in this kitchen. Finding multiple hairs embedded in my food is unacceptable and extremely disturbing. I don't plan to return for at least a year, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to others. I sincerely hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses the hygiene and food-handling practices in the kitchen. This was a very disappointing and disgusting experience after five years of being a loyal customer.

When I eventually got my food, it cooled down faster than I could eat it. Now the food was good. I have a soft spot for breakfast/brunch and would honestly eat it for dinner if they offered it, but they do not. Regardless, they did not disappoint! Everything was flavorful and filling, the tostada and market hash being the standout menu items for me. The market hash, in particular, was such an unexpectedly delicious dish because it seemed too healthy to be good, but everything worked well together to not make it so drab. There was a good mix of different vegetation too. If I lived nearby, I would most likely opt to get that more often than not. If there was anything I would change, it would be the potatoes. They are soft and seasoned well, but I would prob be more likely to eat them for dinner than brunch. Perhaps that's more of a personal preference though with how I would imagine potatoes during the day and how I like them.
