Jessica was on time for my appointment, professional and the outcome blew my mind! She's a true artist! I have struggled with bad brows for years now. Really beautiful place,but unfortunately I booked an appointment online and it was not my fault for double checking that I didn't submit the request. Upon me showing up the stylist text me and actually told me she was open for an appointment later on that day. I agreed and I got stuck in traffic because of an accident I was late 30 mins I got a phone call from the receptionist and she told me how far was I away I said less than five minutes and she said OK because you're going to overlap with another appointment. She could've just told me then in there on the phone that my appointment was canceled and that she was gonna charge me the $75 fee. But now she waited until I got to the place and open the door and let me know that my appointment is canceled. Picture me with a sign that reads: "Will travel for brows!" No plane was necessary, but I did find Jess on IG and do come all the way from San Diego just have her do my eye brows. Let me start by saying that I am an incredibly particular/perfectionist person when it comes to beauty techniques and looks- and I guess in this case you would want to be, considering you're letting someone essentially tattoo on YOUR FACE. I have seen Jess for a few visits and anything I wanted to change (within reason and it was always minor: shade darker/longer tails) she openly listened and delivered. If you have ever looked through her work, you will see that she is not only creating gorgeous eye brows but gives each person their own unique shape, color and hair stokes. I had my brows microbladed 12 days ago - I had Skully as my brow tech. My best friend made the appointment for me as a BIRTHDAY GIFT:) Skully was awesome! She made feel very comfortable shes easy to talk to and the session was easy! I gave it a 4/5 stars because I was unaware on some info and had minor complications on payment. I was told I can make payments to finish off my balance and when it came to the end of it, I had to pay the whole amount (had no money on me whatsoever) ended up paying anyways with frustration due to my financial situation. But at the end of it, I was very happy with the outcome. Sorry for the late post. I cant wait to finish my brows and see what it'll look like once fully healed:) read more
