To preface I came in for a curly cut with Victoria, if you gave curly hair you know how much it differs from straight hair and how it's cut/styled, etc. Victoria did an AMAZING job. Went above and beyond on what I wanted and even took the time to show me some product options and how they work with curly hair... not even trying to push her own products and recommending affordable/different brands for me. No, no, no. Terrible customer service. Shannon, the receptionist, is not kind and the 48 hour cancellation policy is absolutely ridiculous. I was on the fence about microblading for several years after seeing so many of my friends who went to reputable places around Seattle with green, sometimes uneven, or yellow/purple faded brows. I was terrified! My brows have always been super sparse but even more so after plucking them as thin as I could in high school. I work long hours and I was so over filling in my brows every single day- I followed Jessie for over a year before biting the bullet to fly down to LA to get microblading done and I am so thankful I did. I have gone to see Jessie here at Eleven 11 twice. Both times I came out feeling like a million bucks. She is the absolute best for micro blading. Everyone always ask me where I go to get my brows done and I send them her way. She is worth the drive I make from Ventura county. It's your face so I would make the effort to see the best you can afford. She makes it as painless as possible but I do recommend forgoing the numbing if possible until she gets the shape in. Appointments open up online at the 1st of each month but slots fill up fast! I set an alarm right for 9 am on the 1st three months before my appointment. Within 15 minutes of when the appointment system opened she was all booked!! I got my eyebrows microbladed with Jessie in late November. She is meticulous, friendly, and takes her time to perfect your shape. She then reviews the outline with you to confirm if you like the shape, etc. I have very thin barely visible eyebrow hair and had to always fill in with makeup but after my microblading appointment I don't even see a need for that. The hair strokes she draws are very natural looking. The actual location has plenty of parking as it has restaurants and other businesses. The buildings all look the same though so it did take me a second to find. Her actual shop was clean and cute. To book the appointment you do need a 50 deposit that goes towards the 800 if you're doing microblading. I left a 15% tip, which I got different answers from everyone about what is an appropriate amount for microblading. This is my first time getting it done so that's just what I did some of my friends said you don't tip for example a plastic surgeon for fillers or that the appointment is already expensive. Other people said just tip 50 bucks? I figured to err on the side of caution rather than to be mistakenly cheap. Especially since I plan on going back. I haven't used any of the other services there or had any of the other artists. The last lift looks great though online on IG so might go back for that later. Overall it is slightly more expensive than other microblading places I've heard of. The other technicians are cheaper than Jessie at around 500 or 550 if I recall. It is on your face though. I don't think that's the place to budget or try to save money on. I haven't gone for my touch up yet but I'm confident it'll be great again. You can check the pricing on the website as well. DO read the pre care and after care instructions on the website. You will need to avoid blood thinners, Tylenol, too much caffeine, etc. afterwards she gives you an aftercare instruction sheet and some cream. It DID hurt as part of the process she does not use any numbing cream as I believe she said it affects the dye/ink. LOVE my brows and so much less time spent on doing makeup in the morning. Wish I had done it sooner actually. Really glad I found her after doing months of research online. Highly recommend! :) Also if you follow Jessie on Instagram she is just as pretty in person! I would like to put my honest review on here and say I was shocked and disappointed with my appointment the other day. To begin I felt as if my appointment was not a priority to the artist and her demeanor felt extremely dismissive. Which was just the beginning of my very short appointment that I had booked 3 months in advance to see Jessie, and drove a little under 2 hours to the salon. After measuring my eyebrows she stated that one was very uneven and wanted to reshape it to match the other perfectly; which would require me shaving off the tail end of it, to then recreate a new tail that would match the other. Mind you, I had no idea that uneven brows would require me to shave off my tail to reshape it and since this was not something I felt comfortable with, she said she would not microblade my brows. I was hoping I would be able to just enhance the natural shape that I already have, which I love. I understand as an artist they have their boundaries in what work they will and won't do, but no human face is symmetrical. With all that being said, I would recommend this information to be more accessible to people looking into getting microblading done by you. I've been following the Instagram page and the artists I chose for months and haven't seen anything addressing the possible necessity to completely reshape and shave parts of the brow. People should be more aware of this before they pay a $150 non refundable consultation fee, especially because there are many people like me who are unwilling or rather uninterested in the procedure if the majority of a brow needs to be shaved. Overall, I felt like my appointment was not valued and it was almost humorous that I drove out there for someone to charge me $150 to let me know I'm asymmetrical. read more

**Full disclaimer - I did not have a service done** my review is based on customer service. I booked a microblading appointment and made a $100 deposit. When I called to ask a few questions, I found out that my thyroid medicine would be an issue and to check with my doctor or that I could use my deposit towards hair products. Admittedly, this was an oversight on my part, because I was so excited when I made the appointment that I missed the disclaimer. When I called back to request the purchase of hair products with the deposit, I was told that I couldn't, and that she would have never told me that ( even though she did). At first, I didn't want to make an issue of it, but what bothers me the most is that she was unwilling to compromise (how complicated is it transfer a deposit to a different service two months in advance?), and that she wanted to cancel my appointment ASAP. For someone who made their appointment two months in advance, and communicated to you asking for options, you should be willing to work with them! *update 9/3/21 - Thank you for your response Jessica, I truly do appreciate it. You can see from my original post I fully admitted that it was my fault I missed my medication on the list, and I understand it was non-refundable and I completely respect that, which is why asking for my money back was never on the table. I just wanted to express my disappointment on how it was handled. I think it would be a huge benefit to offer an alternative option, because it would have soften the blow on the fact that I may never be a candidate for microblading, you would still be gaining a new client that would mostly like spend more money than just the deposit. The other issue is even if I rebooked, I can only do that twice and then I lose the deposit anyway. I appreciate you now offering to transfer my deposit, but why couldn't I have that option when I called? I hope this clarifies a bit more on where I am coming from. read more

I had high hopes for this salon. I was looking for a hair stylist for a haircut. I sent a message via Instagram as it was the preferred method of this artist's contact per the salon's website. I never received a response. I still wanted to try the salon so I reached out to another artist at the salon. She was very responsive, and we were able to schedule an appointment. At my appointment, the artist was very warm and welcoming. I asked for a couple of inches to be cut and some layers - nothing fancy. The artist really took her time. My hair was washed, cut, blow dried, and waved. I went to my colorist (at a different salon) a few weeks later, and to my chagrin, she showed me what the back of my hair really looked like. The back of my hair was totally choppy and uneven (see photo)!!!
