We were referred to Flowers by Cesar for our loved ones Celebration of Life Memorial in San Jose. We wanted to work with a local, San Jose florist. I was not sure how to choose a floral arrangement colors and flowers for my loved one. What kind of flowers and colors for a beloved brother in law. Cesar reached out to me with a personal phone consultation and really listened when I shared the story of our loved one, our vision for the celebration of life, venue space set up, and the need for a Sunday delivery. Cesar and his design team knocked it out the park! When he arrived with the floral arrangements, we were overwhelmed with joy and awe. He exceeded our expectations on so many levels: flower choice, and colors we desired, presentation, size, elegance. Cesar delivered the flowers on time while we (family and friends) were setting up for the memorial and we could feel his calm energy and compassion coming through the door. The flowers were stunning and elevated the memorial with calm, love, and unity. Thank you Cesar for the call a few days after the Celebration of Life to say thank you and check in for any feedback we had. On behalf of my family, we send you deep gratitude. read more

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my wife and specifically requested pink peonies, and they delivered beyond expectations! The end result was absolutely stunning!! Fresh, elegant, and beautiful arrangement with a perfect balance of soft pinks and whites. It honestly looked even better than I had imagined, but much more importantly, my wife LOVED it!! A huge shoutout to Renée, who made the entire experience seamless. From helping shape the idea to bringing it to life, she was incredible to work with, as well as their entire team! I didn't have much direction beyond wanting pink peonies, but I trusted them to make it happen, and they absolutely delivered. You can really tell there's genuine care and attention in every detail. Flowers by Cesar - Valentine's Day Bouquet - Floral Designers Near Me - San Jose, California

Met Cesar while he was delivering some flowers at my work! Our interaction was brief, but his energy was radiant and infectious. When he left, he waved bye as I watched his vehicle drive by. I decided to check out his website, thinking I could send a birthday bouquet to my long-distance best friend. Their arrangements are stunning! I was immediately drawn to a bouquet with the most darling vase. Luckily, they delivered! Something I truly appreciate. I had purchased the arrangement and looked over my confirmation email with delight. Later that day, I received a call from a very thoughtful employee from the shop. I never got her name, but she called to confirm that I had gotten the delivery date correct for my order. She confirmed that I intended for the flowers to be sent in May, not March, since she found it happened to coincide. This consciousness and dedication really touched my heart. What a great experience. Will definitely recommend and reuse in the future! Keep doing what you're doing :) read more

Cesar made our wedding feel like a set-up straight out of a movie. The centerpieces he created were absolutely breathtaking--every single detail was perfectly executed. From the floating candles to the stunning bride and groom's table, boutonnières, and the most gorgeous bridal bouquet, everything was flawless. He used the most beautiful, high-quality flowers we've ever seen, and they truly elevated the entire look and feel of our day. Working with Cesar was such a joy; he is truly a professional. He was so easy to collaborate with, and his attention to detail went above and beyond. He even took the time to show some of the venue staff how to fold the napkins in a creative way, adding an extra touch of elegance to the presentation. Our brother recommended Cesar to us, and we couldn't be more grateful. We would recommend him to anyone looking to create beautiful, lasting memories through their wedding decor. If you want imagery and decor from your special day to stay engraved in your heart and mind forever, Cesar is your guy! read more

We were going to be away for Mother's Day, so I pre-ordered flowers online and chose the "Florist Designed Mother's Day Flower Bouquet". The photos looked wonderful and since it was Mother's Day, I expected that my elderly mom would receive something nice. Instead, what she received were some of the most embarrassing flowers I have ever seen. I honestly can't believe these flowers were sent!! Wow. read more

Cesar did an amazing job with my Mother's Day bouquet and I couldn't be happier. I wasn't sure what kind of bouquet I wanted so I browsed the options in person and discussed with him what my mom might like guided by his questioning. He then created a beautiful bouquet from our conversation, referenced a couple other bouquets I thought were pretty, and within a reasonable price range. Finding parking can be a bit difficult since the store is located on a busy road, but from my experience from being welcomed to the amazing arrangement he created, I'd definitely return! read more

My good friend Eva recommended Cesar. It was actually going to be one of my stops. The gal that worked there was very nice and very helpful. I went in a tad to early. Cesar said come back. Especially because he has to order the flowers my daughter wanted (Peonies) No worries this is my first time doing this. I ended up ordering a bunch of babies breather for her broad shower. My dear friend for forty year's Mother passed away. I wasn't able to attend the services but wanted something sent to her house that absolutely sent our love. Not familiar with San Jose Florists, I started looking at sites. Wasn't liking anything and almost gave up! Called "Flowers by Cesar" and I was greeted by the most welcoming voice! He understood what I was looking for and offered to create a design that I was happy with. He was sympathetic to me needing something feminine, using the flowers I liked--something that would simply say to my friend that I loved her and was here for her in this very sad time. Cesars went out of their way to make this completely effortless for me. It was a lovely arrangement and said exactly what I wanted to say. I cannot not express enough how Flowers by Cesar made this purchase so easy. Was very happy! They are now in my phone as my go-to florist! Thanks Cesars! read more

We were desperately looking for flowers for the Easter morning for the front of our church. Most florists didn't answer or return our calls. But then we called Cesar. Not only did he say they could create an arrangement for us. He asked for details of the sanctuary and what we were hoping to receive. He delivered to our church the next morning the most beautiful arrangement we have ever had for Easter morning. They were perfect. And even lasted beautifully for over a week. Thank you Cesar for going the extra mile for us and delivering more than we could have asked. read more

I came across Cesar's Flower shop last year when I was looking for a local shop to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. She works relatively close and the website had some wonderful options with more than comparable pricing for different bouquets. I always used to use "Proflowers" for many years but grew irritated with all the additional surcharges, hidden fees & some flowers arriving damaged, dead, wilted or sometimes old. I decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed at all. Prices are fair & straightforward, delivery free includes handling and the breakdown is very transparent. I even bought flowers this Valentine's Day last minute and they still made the effort to deliver the flowers before 4pm! I was truly shocked & the flowers are always gorgeous. This shop has my business from here forward and I hope many others can appreciate the beauty and quality of care they put into their bouquets. read more
