They did an incredible job - they executed my vision so perfectly and made our venue really pop. I loved my bridal bouquet and the boutonnieres to match were stunning. I will just say that for valentines days of the future, they need to prioritize organization. I ordered $100 worth of roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day, I payed extra for delivery and I tipped on top of that ahead of time ($140 in total). They promised over the phone that the roses would be delivered by 5pm. They never showed up and they didn't answer the phone. I then went to the shop and stood online for 40 minutes. When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. They seem like nice people but I am just not happy with my experience.

I have been there with family and friends shopping for flowers, plants and herbs for quite some time now. I have never experienced any problems or issues with the store, employees or management. What I have seen is disrespectful, entitled and downright belligerent customers yell, swear and make everyone around them uncomfortable. The staff kept their composure and tried to de-escalate the situation. If you want beautiful flowers, plants that will survive and herbs that are fresh. This is your go to place. Family owned businesses need your support. Please shop local and be respectful of those who are doing their best to survive in today's economy.
