I ordered a funeral spray and it was so incredibly well done I had to leave a review and I normally do not leave reviews. The arrangement stood out from all the others at the funeral and was well worth what we paid. I have ordered the same type of arrangement for other funerals, in the same price range and I was left with a feeling of being totally ripped off because they were not nearly as well designed, as full or large as the one from Elegant Florist. What a disappointment! I ordered valentines flowers a week ago, at 10am FEB14 I receive an email stating my order is on the way. I give them time knowing it's Valentine's Day and called them around 1:30pm, no answer. I called again and again and again no answer. I leave a message, no response back. Finally the order gets here at 5pm. Such a disappointment I wanted to surprise my love one with the flowers before I wake up and she gets home from work unfortunately that didn't happen. Note this is the second time they do this to which I had to cancel my order for Mother's Day which arrived around 3pm while we were at brunch. Mind you the flower shop is 19 blocks away. These flowers were delivered to me for a special anniversary date, and honestly it pains me to think that someone I love very much spent a good amount of money on flowers that didn't last out the week, even changing the water every day. I noticed upon delivery that a few of the blooms looked a little past fresh, mainly some dasies and the rainbow roses, but I thought changing the water daily would keep them around for a bit longer. By day 5 I was left with pretty much just carnations, and even some of those were in poor shape. This was all arranged sight unseen, so, perhaps if you have the chance to go yourself you could pick fresher flowers than what was used for this particular arrangement. read more

I called Elegant an hour before I was to be at an event for niece. I am the last minute Aunt. I told them that she loves rainbows and said what I could afford to spend. I arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later to the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, they even added a rainbow bow ensemble to the bouquet. They made a 5 year old girl light up. The bouquet was bigger than her. She wouldn't let anyone else hold it and proudly marched several blocks home with it. I have a series of events that require flowers in the coming months.
