I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Would be nice If all companies sent inspectors who operated the same way as Ken.

They are quick at responding text/call and really know what they are doing. On top of that, part of the project had to do with our insurance; we needed a contractor that would be willing to provide exactly what the insurance needed. We typed the proposal up, and Jeff filled in with what the insurance requested. We wanted to remove light fixtures in the living room and replace it with a pendant fixture, as well as recessed lights. The shades we bought ended up not being the perfect fit for the new fixture we wanted to use in the dining room, but Jeff and Chase were patient and knowledgeable to know how to "sand this, and cut that " and made the shades work and look beautiful!
