There were a couple other parties with young children and she was so patient and cheerful. Her energy and positivity made our visit extra memorable, thank you Monica! When we arrived, because we were new the staff helped show us around, and explained the process. The area itself is super cute and cozy, with seating by the windows as well as large tables for bigger parties. We were able to pick up our pieces about 5 days later? And the staff were super nice and helpful then as well! I'm in love with how the finished pieces turned out after firing. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, they had some music playing and everything was neat and organized. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're ever looking for something creative to do!

So many colors and ceramic pieces to choose from! From sculptures to household/practical items. I love that they show tiles of what the paint color will look like Turnaround time to pick up your piece is relatively quick: ~4 days (ie finish sunday, pick up thursday) They have a lot of tools / resources to help design your piece (ie tape, lace, stencils, puffy paint, etc) An area they could improve on is their brushes - I don't always love the brushes they provide since it feels like they've been misused (not their fault but could be prevented but informing customers on how to properly use brushes), so i usually bring my own. Parking: never had trouble- there's free parking behind the store or around the neighborhood

We attended the ice cube pop bean workshop, where we created little platforms made of ice cubes with cute little figurines on top. The workshop instructor (also one of the owners) walked us through a concise tutorial on how to create our little creations. Picking out the colors of cubes and the figurines was the funnest part. Would highly recommend anyone who loves arts and crafts to stop by this studio!

I would so highly recommend Momo DIY for a few hours of pure joy to individuals, groups of friends, birthday parties for any age, and corporate team building events. I would give Lea and Momo 10 stars, if possible! Carol

The customer then went out of her way to tell me that Megan was simply the best. My confidence and expectations were set high. But my project wasn't that glamorous. And my budget was limited. Megan gave me great advice on in-stock frames that would be suitable for what I wanted displayed. But the color she recommended wasn't in stock. I was under time pressure so she researched nearby stores that had the item. Shout out to the to the super helpful cashier in Cupertino who advised me to join the Michaels club to receive a needed (significant) coupon! But I returned to Saratoga to have my items professionally placed in the frame because, well, I was told Megan is the best. And guess what? She is! The work was perfect! Strongly recommend going to the Saratoga store & using Megan B for any professional framing!

This was my third attempt at picking it up, since the two previous framing attempts were unsatisfactory. We waited around the framing department with no one in sight, only to be told the employee was "on break." My friend asked for the restroom code and was told the bathrooms were closed at 5 PM--at a store that's still open. Not exactly customer-friendly. When someone finally showed up at framing and we opened my order, there was a black smudge on a robin's-egg-blue mat. I paid over $200 for professional framing, and once again the quality wasn't acceptable. This was the 3rd attempt at getting it framed. The first 3 attempts there were issues with the frame itself. At this point I asked to cancel and get a refund, but was told there was no manager on site and they needed permission. I left my information and asked to be contacted so I can get my refund and my item back. We went to check out, and two employees were standing at the register. One looked at us and immediately said she was on break and told us to use self-checkout. If one is behind the counter why couldn't she have helped, if you're standing at the counter, why can't you help a customer? If you're on a break why are you on the floor? As we walked off, talking about how the store had no manager present and no restroom access, one of the girls chimed in with a very rude, sarcastic "Yeah, happy holidays to you." At least the gal at the framing counter attempted to help us. This visit was unprofessional from start to finish. Once I get my refund for the framing, I won't be returning. I suggest others who wish to be treated with even glimmer of decent customer service go to any other location.

I was originally planning to buy just merchandise but I noticed how cute everything was and so I ended up decorating some items myself. I ended up having such an amazing and memorable experience even though I was overwhelmed and anxious over the whole process because the employees Annie and Becky (sorry if I misspelled) helped me out so much from start to finish. The other customers had a good/friendly enegy as well so I was able to fill up my creative and social cup from the event. I smiled or giggled a ton from people or just putting a charm in the right spot! I definitely want to come back outside of an event just because it was such a fun and relaxing experience for me that even though I went home tired I internally felt rejuvenated! Picking out charms probably took me half an hour to 45 minutes and the actual process took me an hour. I took some pictures of what I decorated and bought. I also got freebies inside the baggie (which I took pics of later on). I spent around $119 which I think was definitely worth it because I got to learn a new skill, I got good quality merchandise, I have items that is literally one of a kind, and I got to take care of my inner child that day. I am super excited for any future events and loved my experience so much that I'm already thinking about when to go next!

It took us some time to learn how to use the tufting guns properly and it felt like they were understaffed. It would've been nice to have more guidance throughout the process, like if we had any questions we had to wait a very long time for a staff member to be available to help. The seating for tufting is also very close together and it can get a little cramped. But as I mentioned earlier, we were very happy with our finished rugs. After we finished tufting, it took them about an hour to finish them off and we were able to take them home the same day. We also did decoden, which was fun! I was impressed by the charm collection, but it was very hard to find letter charms since they were all mixed up and scarce. Overall, the crafts turned out great, just disappointed by the service. I understand that it was a weekend evening and it wasn't the staff's fault, they were all very kind and understanding. Just understaffed! With tufting especially, having more staff available to help throughout the process if needed would make this experience much more enjoyable.
