Breakfast time at Flo's, off of West NYS Route 31, outskirts of Canastota NY Plenty of free parking!

The 10 cent coffee is for real! In my experience, I find the blend to be somewhere between breakfast and medium blend. The cup is 8 oz so don't fret; the servers are constantly refilling the cups and you'll be extremely caffeinated by the time you pay at the register! With a meal, the 10 cent coffee refills are on the house. The prices on the menu are very reasonable and way cheaper than most mom-and-pop eateries. It's a down-home home cooking place where the people are very friendly. It's a cash-only business but they have an ATM.

2 eggs sunny side up, sausage links, home fries & rye toast 10/10; you can't go wrong with a classic

I stopped in with the Breakfast Club of Syracuse and absolutely loved my meal. This place has been around for nearly 50 years and it's clear why. The service was nothing short of amazing; every server attentive & the place itself was very clean. Not to mention that they're best known for their 10¢ coffee! A menu item that won't be changing its price anytime soon according to the owner!

A+ Classic American diner. Food is very good, large portions you won't walk away hungry and at such a great price too. Highly recommend!

My plans for Mother's Day fell through on the Friday before Mother's Day. I called The Farm House…read morethat morning and was able to get reservations for four on Sunday morning at 9am. When my family entered the restaurant, we immediately like the rustic country decor. We were immediately greeted by a woman who confirmed our reservations and showed us to our table. The restaurant was quickly filling up and it took a few moments for a server to come to our table. After about 15-20 minutes it seemed like the staff got it going and food was coming out to tables and customers that ordered the Mother's Day brunch were getting their food quickly. My kids ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. One with game and one with sausage. My daughter is very picky with her pancakes and ate them all. I had the brunch. I had eggs Benedict, spinach omelette, ham and cheese omelette, bacon, fresh fruit, and two croissants. The food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to stopping by again.

Inviting atmosphere, friendly service, and the perfect breakfast to kick off a Sunday morning. The food was delicious - scrambled eggs were fluffy and cooked to perfection, the bacon tasted super fresh, and the chai tea was so tasty. Can't wait to visit again and try other menu items, including sandwiches off their lunch menu. Definitely recommend this spot! I bet it does get really busy during the summer months when people are visiting Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach.

Today is our last day at Slyvan Beach and I have been eye balling this place all week. With our…read moreprearranged schedule with my mother in law, it's been hard to get in for breakfast. Well, today's the day. I looked on Google to see what time they opened. It said they open at 8:30 on Tuesdays. That's wrong, they open at 7:30 like every other day. So, we totally could have went there earlier but 8:30 was still great for us. This venue is absolutely cute! I love all the tables for outside dining in the front. It was a little muggy out this morning so we opted to sit inside. Walking inside, I love how charming this place is! I can tell this used to be a bar in it's previous life. The way they remodeled it to change it to what it is now is just beautiful! I love the breakfast bar area. I really wanted to sit there but my daughter wanted a booth. Adeline greeted us with her beautiful smile after we sat. She got drinks started while we looked over the menu. The menu is quite broad and they have a little of everything. For breakfast I ordered the rise and shine. Your traditional breakfast of eggs, toast, home fries and toast. My daughter got the crab cakes and eggs. While we waited for breakfast, we enjoyed coffee and orange juice. The coffee wasn't the hottest but it was still good with the vanilla creamer. Breakfast came out on huge plates. Everything looked so good, especially the home fries. I'm a sucker for potatoes. The eggs were cooked perfectly, nice and runny in the middle, the toast was buttery, the home fries had a nice light char on them and soft in the middle. I did get a side of sausage gravy for my home fries but it didn't tickle my fancy, The potatoes were good without it. I did get to try some of my daughter's crab cake. It was very tasty! I initially was going to get the crab cakes but I got a couple bites of my daughter's so win win on having a little of everything. I also got a ham breakfast melt to go for my husband. It was so good I went back and ordered another one for my sons. Both sammys were demolished. I think it's a must go come to the Pancake House while you're visiting Slyvan Beach. The venue is darling. The staff is super sweet. And they push out good food! You can't get any better than that. I look forward to eating here the next time we are visiting.

Next I want to let you know to arrive exceptionally hungry. Portions are insanely huge and I don't know anyone who could possibly eat as much as they bring out. The Dutch Babies were a rare treat, the pancakes gigantic and hearty, and the three-egg omelet was massive. No one at our table was able to finish everything, and we hadn't even had dinner the night before. Service was great in spite of the busyness of the place and our coffee was refilled every time our cups were nearly empty. A great place to try when you're in the Buffalo area.
