A gentleman named "Doc" and the highly trained crew were extremely professional, kind, and very hard-working and we hope they enjoyed the cookies, brownies, and popsicles my wife gave to them each day. The permits for the HOA and the Orange County came in very fast and they literally scheduled us within two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the crew. They showed up every morning at 6:30 in the morning and they left at 7:30 at night and it took about two weeks. I had a major concern with the open-ended nature of the contract regarding extras, but we were able to work it out in a very nice fashion with compromising respect. After they were finished the Orange County roofing inspector came and borrowed my ladder to go up on the roof and said it's the best roof he's ever seen. I have been through several heavy downpour and so far no leaks so I figure it's good for many years. A couple of things needed to be finished up and they came back and finished everything up with a very professional fashion. I was so pleased. I fed them every day. I would highly recommend this company. Hunter and Jim answered all my questions in a very timely fashion both before during and after which is a big deal to me. It's not always just money while that is a big concern, but also customer service.
