I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. Then they back away from the phone and say, "I can't do that." Nick at MAGIC came out and listened to what I told him about what happened to put our door in an awkward state of disrepair. He immediately told me it was a simple fix and, almost before I could write out the check and bring it to him, he was done. He showed me what he did, explaining that he also greased this and that and fixed the door's tension. He was so pleasant and helpful. From there if something could go wrong it did go wrong. It was problem after problem and it took over a month from start to finish. At least 1/3 of the driveway now needs to be replaced due to a "cold joint" and poor workmanship. I've attempted to remedy the situation with Mike, but he will not respond to calls or texts anymore. He took my money and left me with a mess of a driveway. Currently the 20x40ft section that needs replacing is bumpy, uneven, discolored, has two large 10ft cracks, and the surface layer is peeling off. In other areas there is water pooling, visible foot prints and high spots where the new and old driveway meet. Overall it's a mess and I regret my decision to use these guys every time I look at my driveway.

A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
