Mitch Reed told me I would be added to the schedule and it would be within 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called--Mitch told me the rainy weather set them back--it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 more weeks I was told they were re-ordering pavers and it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later a work crew showed up on Friday and said they'd be here "next Tuesday." Another 4 weeks and I contacted Mitch and asked if they had lost interest in the job. He said "no, we are just really backed up." It is now October (yes, 5 months later) and now they don't even respond to my inquiries. Bad business.

It looked lovely. Yet after looking closely & after a couple rains we had a few questions. Patio wasn't graded off of our lanai correctly. Which was trapping water in the lanai. I added photos in comments. They came out and agreed the pavers were higher than our lanai slab. Then pounded the entire boarding pavers down on one side. Which unfortunately created another grading issue. Confirmed by his level and multiple tests with the hose. Due to us being homeowners and not professional pavers we looked to him for a solution. Yet both my husband and I were told an array of random ideas (and some cost more money?). He refused to take accountability for his work. The conversation was not going anywhere and I asked him to leave multiple times yet he did not. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful. I also want to add.... I let them know prior to the job that my dog does eat things. So cleanup of the job site was very important to me. He said absolutely no issue as they are very respectful and tidy. Yet after they left the yard had trash, metal, weed whacker string, small concrete pieces and other small objects. I had to rake it up for days yet could only do so much. Unfortunately my dog did end up eating some of it and ended up at the vet with serious issues.
