Ive called and text several times for him to come and fix his hack job with no response. Once he has your money he's never to be heard from again. I wouldn't trust him to cut my grass with scissors. What a waste of money, and he wasn't the cheapest price either. Now I have to pay someone else to secure all the wood panels and straighten out the gates so they are usable. So if you want a hack job, crappy customer service and someone who takes absolute ZERO pride in his work then he is the guy for that. What an absolute joke of a company!

The experdite specialist called later to tell me that the door will be deliver at the end of November, that almost 3 more months, they called that expedite? I was so angry and canceled the order.
