Unfortunately, Michael and his team chose to use sub-par materials in the project and within months after the completion, we had major issues and the majority of the work had to be re-done. This could not be resolved between us therefore we had to take them to court and we won our case for a fraction of the cost. It's been 2 months since our final judgement and Michael and his company have yet to pay us our money due. We have since had to file a judgement lien on his business but to no avail. We have emailed both he and his attorney to inquire about paying the judgement, but to no avail. I guess I should say it doesn't surprise me, based on what we had to go through with this company. We will continue to do what we have to do to get what is legally ours. If you are considering using Michael at Royal Tile & Pavers, let our frustrations be at the front of your mind when deciding whether or not you choose to utilize their services. Maybe you will get lucky, maybe you won't. But let this be a forewarning. If he chooses to do the right thing and pay us what we are due, I am more than happy to remove this review. But until then, we will do what is needed with the law on our side.
