Wow, this is such a great business. So friendly, wide selection of stone and they treat you the same whether you are buying one rock or put in a huge order. You are welcomed to just walk around and look, which we did on our fist visit. On our second visit we only bought two small stones we liked but the sales clerk followed us out to the car with two cold bottles of water for the road. Who does that? Prices on Rick are more then double compared to Weedos in Ormond beach. I bought 8 yards of 1 1/2 inch white River rock for $229. a yard from Weedos in Ormond. Although I live closer to Stone plus but I wasn't going to pay more then double the price. They charge $569. a yard for the same exact product. Also here's a tip when purchasing any stone from anywhere, be there when they fill the truck to make sure they are putting in a full yard. I have learned that if your not there they short you a little on each yard. Not saying Stone plus does this because I never purchased anything from them. But a little adds up. So make sure you get what you pay for. read more

Folks on phone were pleasant. The lady I spoke with admitted she didn't know (which I respect, we all have to learn at some point.) She provided me a price (bit higher, but the delivery charge was less, because we are in the same county). Delivery driver is confrontational. Unprofessionalism was truly second-to-none. Claimed he's been driving for over 26 years. Yet, didn't allow me to look at product, before dumping it. He brought the wrong product. I got lucky. While I find there are few businesses where I can buy stone for making stone paths I must say that Stone Plus has non existent customer service. If you want to get a work out, go here because no one offers assistance to help with stones or answer questions. The stones are stacked up on a pallet and the very small chips/chunks are on the top of the pile. I always end up moving stone after stone to find what I need. So dress to work as you will have to remove small stones and keep removing large heavy stones until you find what you want. Then you have to place it on a wagon to then hunt down an employee to weigh it for you. Then you walk inside pay for it and haul it to your car where you offload it yourself into your car. I don't mind hard work but it's upsetting the customer service is non existent here. The employees act like they don't care at all if you buy or heck, walk off with it. They are all doing their own jobs and not paying you any attention. Oh and the stone I removed from the pallet to find what I wanted, I stack it back up as best as I can in a level square, but I could leave it strewn out everywhere. I am very puzzled why there is no one to help, because a lot of people wouldn't stack stone back up on a pallet after having pulled it off. Please hire more help or give a discount for all those that handle the whole thing themselves like I do. read more

Went looking for stone edging for a 20' diameter area. Despite numerous stone edging in stock, the guy in the yard said nothing would work and provided absolutely no help. Felt as though maybe customers are a nuisance for him. Looks like they have great materials, but terrible service. read more

Kenny at Stone Plus was so helpful! We interrupted him working in another bay to ask about a weight on a large rock. He came right over and helped. He even moved a few rocks for me, by hand, so I could look at two rocks buried down below. The 3 rocks I bought were over 300 pounds & he moved 2 by hand! Also, there was Kenny, who was covered in sweat, and one other guy, dry as a bone. The other guy saw us looking around and never asked if he could help. I was sweating by the time I was done watching Kenny work in the hot sun. How'd the other guy stay clean & dry all day? Ask for Kenny!! read more

Absolutely Amazing. We called on Saturday at 4:35 pm and honestly 8 minutes and 15 seconds later the truck was on site at our home. Are you kidding me???
