The sales team, Ron, and the office staff, Samantha and Diana, were great, but that's where the positive experience ended. Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company. read more

The small fence was installed quickly and this where my positive experience ends. They sent final invoice to a wrong address and kept accumulating late fees for me not paying. They refused to remove the fee when I figured it out. Be careful with them or better find someone else. read more

If there was a star, I would've chosen that! too many complaints and where to start; 1) poor workmanship and material. my door was supposed to be fixed, very uneven and gap (my neighbor can see in when they are outside). they did replace cracked boards, but forgot the door and the supervisor didn't show up, just the worker. they left a lot of trash and concrete. the worst is throwing or dropping concrete into my wife's flower pot, crushing the plant I got her from amazon. Is recommended NOT using Liberty Fencing, not worth saving a few dollars! read more

Buyer beware! The prior owner (who received all of the previous 5 star reviews) sold to the new owner within the last year. It is clear that it is not the same craftsmanship or quality. We went with Liberty Fencing because they were honest upfront about being generally more expensive, however, the quality of work done is important to us so we did not have any issues with paying more than the other quotes we received. I highly suggest you dig deep into this company before spending money with them. Instantly, the first 3 contracts sent by the salesman, had our names, address, price and "follow the grade" box incorrect and unchecked. After informing him 3 separate times of the issues, he fixed everything but the grade box. We let him know the grade box was still unchecked, however signed the contract as we texted him 3 times to confirm they would follow the grade as requested. He confirmed. The first day the crew left we noticed the fence panels were not following the grade leaving huge gaps under our fence (troublesome because we have small dogs and children). We texted our salesman several times addressing the issue which was not met with any urgency as the production team came out the following day and continued to work. We had to go out and stop them from working but due to the language barrier, it was difficult to explain and we had to speak with the production manager over the phone. The production team then started pounding down the fence posts deeper into the dirt they added the day previous. Because of the newly added dirt, the rain washed it away leaving the gaps just a few days after this fence was installed. We called and had a higher up come out to look at the fence and the gaps to which he admitted to how nice and even the top of the fence post was, which was exactly what we did not want or ask for. We screenshot the text chain between the salesman where he confirmed several times that they would follow the grade. Even after 3 attempts to "fix" the fence, they have not done so. We were failed by the salesman and the production team and we had to pay the price for it. Unfortunately, we will have to spend additional money to a new company for them to come out and fix the issue. We will not be calling Liberty fencing even with the 5 year warranty. Minor inconveniences that would not have been mentioned had the quality of our fence been good: The production team left cigarettes and water bottle caps all over our backyard. They also left little square plastic pieces from the panels in the road for us to clean up. They shredded 6 foot of ferns and aloe plants without asking us or advising us that they needed to do that. (They knew they were there as they had worked around them on the first day but shredded them on the 2nd day. I would have moved the aloe plants prior to work starting on the 2nd day if I knew they would destroy them). The bottom of my gate had a large gap to which they nailed in a panel on the bottom looking like a huge eyesore. I would highly suggest using a different company. Literally the worst $8300 we have ever spent read more

If you aren't going to do a job correctly, don't do it at all. I'll find someone who can. Bent top rail of chain link fence, gate doesn't fit, posts not buried to code, debris left in my yard posing choke hazard to my puppy and damage to my lawnmower. I gave you guys every opportunity to fix these issues, yet here we are. The wire laying in my yard was the last straw as I just mowed over it while cutting my grass this morning. Lucky I didn't lose an eye! Almost forgot, they chopped my internet cable leaving me with no access all weekend. read more

Liberty built a series of privacy screen for us totaling 80 linear feet. The project was different than a normal fencing job and I have to say everyone "hung in there" as modifactions were made to produce the final, beautiful result. Everyone from Mitch the estimator, to the project manager, Mike, to the installers Federico and Jolmar were pleasant, professional, and patient. Cheers to all, you have made by backyard a true haven. I'm very pleased with our fence and the great service from Liberty Fencing Inc. Mike was professional from the start. His crew started on the date we agreed on and at my amazement, completed the majority of the job, the same day. I highly recommend them and will call on them in the near future, to fence in some investment properties. read more

Highly recommend Liberty Fencing! We recently had Liberty install new fencing for us and we could not be happier! The quality of the fence, doors, hardware is pure quality. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. read more

Liberty Fencing is the BEST! Mike came out personally to provide a quote. He made sure I knew what to expect. His wife followed up to pick up the deposit. She was equally as wonderful. When the supplies arrived, Vincent and Patty were quick to respond and do the install. Vincent should be the standard to which any company wants their employees to treat their customers. We have had a lot of service teams in our homes over the last couple of years doing upgrades and improvements. This entire team was by far the most pleasurable with which to work. The one thing I value most about service, is to feel valued as a customer. This team excelled! My apologies for only giving 5 stars. If I could give 100, I would. read more

Outstanding fence company. The crew worked like it was their own business. Angel and Kevin checked with me along the way, had good suggestions. The fence looks great. I would hire them for anything. They are worth every penny. They called to say I overpaid since they used less fencing than I needed. read more

These guys are no joke. Great service and a great looking fence. Smooth process from start to finish. Thanks Mike read more

We hired Mike to do our fence in Palm Coast on Westhampton Dr. Very professional from the get go. Did exactly what we wanted and a great job. It's always kind of scary to hire folks for an expensive job but we would highly recommend Liberty Fencing to you. You won't regret it. read more

They installed a wonky fence. They came by after I complained and said it was fine. It looks ridiculous. They did not level the front gate. Now they don't even return our calls when we say we'll pay for the "extra" service! Lol. Recently our neighbor went with a new PERFECT fence company and now our wonky fence stands out even more. Very discouraging. read more

Great Company they do what they said they would do. They did a great job sorry no picture. Plus they came back to fix one of the panel cause by the weather the same day we called. Greatly appreciate it! read more

We couldnt be more happy with Michael and the service. He was communicative, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He quoted us a price significantly lower than others we had, told us when he would be here (and was), and gave us a quality product with a quality installation. The final product looks great is exactly what we hoped for. Would highly recommend Liberty Fencing to anyone needing quality fencing at a fair price. read more

We had Liberty Fence install our fencing around the back of our house. They where very professional. I would highly recommend them on your fencing. We received 4 quotes from local companies. They weren't the cheapest but I talked to past customers and everyone that I talked to gave really good recommendations. read more

Terrible service, bad attitude and very unprofessional is the way to describe this company and it's owner. My fence was damaged by tree removal of the neighbor's lot. Since Liberty did my fence, I called them to do the repair. I was not asking for any favor, I requested an estimate and I was going to pay... if they came... unfortunately, after several promises, numerous calls to Mike, the owner, and so many messages, they never came to do the job. For two and a half months I was begging them to come to do the job, until I called someone else. Again, very important to understand that I was not asking for a favor, they gave me an estimate and I did not ask for a discount or nothing like that, I just said ok but the point is that they don't care about their clients. They get your money and run... they don't want to be bother with small jobs, even if you are a previous customer. At the beginning Mike, the owner, was giving excuses for not showing up, then, he didn't even have the decency of giving a call to let me know that he was not coming when we already had an appointment. Very unprofessional and I believe people have to know. read more

A wonderful experience. They are very professional and did exactly as promised. I highly recommend.
