I can only review this company from the perception of a sales person that spent 2 years there. As…read moresomeone who has spent 1/2 of his life in the construction industry in commercial and industrial roofing, fencing and commercial landscape, I can assure all of you out in cyberland that construction, no matter how big or small, is controlled chaos. There is ALWAYS a 'thing', there is ALWAYS a misunderstanding, and there is more often than not at least one person agitated and irritated (after all, we are turning their yard into a battlefield for a few days), With my time at Liberty, I witnessed and EXPERIENCED the ownership ALWAYS stepping up and doing the right thing, problem solving and just plain being there 24/7. This is a great company to work for. If you need a fence in the Central Florida area, give Gio and the staff of Liberty Fencing a call.

The sales team, Ron, and the office staff, Samantha and Diana, were great, but that's where the…read morepositive experience ended. Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

Fence companies in this area are an interesting bunch. One company returned my call 5 days later,…read moregave me a price, I said OK, then could NOT get a hold of them again. One was away on vacation for a month, got back to me weeks later. One company came by, but could not get a written quote out of them. Two never called me back. One had so many bad reviews I didn't call. In all fairness a few others would have done the job BUT Scarlett and Chris with A Better Fence Installation, LLC were wonderful! They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls! Very busy people so started a bit late, but they worked VERY hard virtually around the clock to get our job done. 230' of 8' wood fence, no small chore. Their crew worked tirelessly, diligently and always in a good mood even working in the dark and the rain. Just REALLY good people. Do yourself a HUGE favor and save time and money and don't bother to call anyone else!

I hand written a estimate a few minutes later by text. She drew it up in the car which is fine when I had a few questions about pricing. She said, well, on the day we start, it might be off a few inches, a little price adjustment. Nothing major so I said I'd rather have an exact price. If you don't mind, I asked instead of just looking, could somebody actually measure, that kind of changed her attitude told me she's very good with the estimates and measurements. . I'll let you know tomorrow. She didn'! I've been calling ever since got her once think she picked up by mistake, said, I'll give it to you ,the revised estimate, when im done with this. That was 3 days ago. Left messages at the office. No help. I really like to know if the owner, Ed Santana, knows what his salesperson Rachel is doing I was going to go with them because their timeline fit mine, and that was another thing, gave her 2 dates to work with they were okay. Never answered me not even a tex completely blew me off which was a surprise being There's about a thousand fence companies out there doing the same thing for right around the same price. I would stay away from this company if you're looking for a fence. You need communication and a exact price not an around a price. Something went wrong. When I questioned, there pricing method. All I said is I don't want any surprises on installation day. When somebody offers to pay you in cash which I did, and you still don't answer them. There's something that right there.

He stopped by an hour later assessed and the issues with my garage door within a few minutes. My technician, Scott I found to be an amazing gentleman with gentle charm and quick wit. To me to have a person such as Scott in your orbit, let alone your employ, I would say you are blessed. Steve advised me he would come back the following day and complete the work. The price was well below the competitor that I had had out earlier. Scott showed up the following morning, bright and early, and completed the work in less than 3 hours. I give this five-star review not only for Scott, when I first called Melissa was very sweet on the phone and was extremely helpful. So my advice is, as long as they have these two employees, it's five star all the way.
