He revised, and sent me an updated quote. I consulted both neighbors and the east neighbor wasn't ready to pull the trigger, Called Wayne again and told him the situation and he quoted me the lower quote (which was both property lines). It ended saving us almost $400.00! Needless to say, it was a go. Ended up at $29.00/foot, posts in concrete, and 2" above grade. Installer, if I remember correctly was Jason, communicated EVERYTHING about his procedures clearly. Set posts Tuesday, let concrete set overnight, came back Wednesday and finished. Looks EXCELLENT!
