Quick contact and reasonable price. Lavi came the same day and was able to identify the issue…read more Definitely recommend!

My honest review after Lavish's garage door service. He…read moresaid, he's providing the best service but after his service, my opener motor burnt out because the garage door was not balanced after he placed the new springs. I paid a lot for the new springs and his service but now after 2 months, my garage door motor is not working. When I try to lift the door, door is so heavy. It's like lifting 100 pound weight. Now I ordered a new opener that I spent more than $500 with installation. There were two more things that he asked me to spend the money. 1. Rail connector was broken and he asked me to replace the whole rail but I found the connector part only from Amazon with $8 - he said the rail is about $150 and service is about $160. 2. Rubber part at the bottom of the garage door - he said that the rubber is too old model and cannot find the old part from the market. So, need to replace the whole part including rubber housing and rubber. But I found the rubber only with less than $10. I'm an Engineer and know how to fix lots of things. But for the Garage door, I hired the expert because of safety issue. But the service I've got was terrible and now I have to spend lots of more money. Update: I had another technician came out from Low's and he told me that the springs are not the right size and he cannot install the new Garage door which cost another $500+ including installation because the springs will break the new garage door opener again. This is crazy and looks like I have to spent more than $1500 for your service (replacing the springs) and follow-up services because of broken opener caused by wrong springs and balancing.... ************************************* Description QTY Price Amount LABOR RESIDENTIL labor for any job between 29 minutes to an hour and half additional price will add 30 minutes 50$ 1 $261.00 $261.00 (Lavish spent more than an hour on the phone to find the right spring size) spring 262 2 $234.00 $468.00 cabel 7 ft LAVISH GARAGE DOORS WARRANTY ARE LIMETED FOR THE CONDISHEN OFF THE PRODACTE 1 $25.00 $25.00 Sub total $754.00 Discount $188.50 (25.00%) Total $565.50 You said that $188.50 (25%) discount won't be applicable and cable 7ft price will be increased to $65 if I ask you buy one get one free spring promotion from your website. There's no rule pricing the service and BOGO spring deal is just a bait. Cost details: Lavish garage door: 565.50 New Garage door and installation because garage door not balanced duing Lavish's service : $508 New garage door spring and service to replace Lavish's : $400 Total additional cost after Lavish's service : $908 If I paid with credit card, probably I would dispute the transaction but I paid with check to get this non-sense discount. I hope Lavish take back his springs and refund the money I paid to him.

Professional service and great results I highly recommend…read morePrecision Garage Door Service. Josh Abbott came out to fix my garage door springs and reinforcement strut. He was friendly, informative, and very professional. The pricing was fair, and the work was done quickly. 5 stars!

I had a very mixed experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville…read more On the service side, this was absolutely 5-star. My garage door would not close because one of the cables had come off the pulley, and they responded very quickly late on a Friday evening when I really needed help. The technician was extremely friendly, professional, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and I want to be very fair about that. He showed me that the grooves in my pulleys were almost gone, which made sense since they are more than 20 years old, and he also pointed out that the cables were starting to wear. He recommended replacing both pulleys and cables rather than simply putting the cable back on, especially since the same issue could easily happen again soon. He also noted that my rollers were wearing out, and when I asked about replacing those too, he even contacted his manager and got that price reduced. So to be clear, I was not forced into any of these repairs. I agreed to them because, given the age of the parts and the fact that my garage door would not close, it seemed like the most practical decision at the time. My frustration is with the total cost. I understand that emergency evening service comes at a premium, and I also understand that I made the final decision to approve the work. But after everything was done, I looked up the cost of the parts themselves -- the rollers, cables, and pulleys -- and found that they can be purchased for under $100 total. That was incredibly disappointing to discover after paying more than $1,200 for the work. I do not work on garage doors myself because I am very cautious about the springs and the tension involved, which is why I chose to call a professional. Since it was late on a Friday and my garage door would not close, I decided to move forward with the repairs rather than spend time researching costs. Afterward, when I looked up the price of the parts and saw how low they were, I was extremely disappointed and came away feeling like I had been charged far more than was reasonable, especially since technician completed the work was done in about 90 minutes. So overall, this review is two-sided: the technician and the service experience were excellent, and I truly appreciated the fast response and friendly professionalism. But I am very disappointed in the pricing, and that is what leaves a bad overall feeling for me.
