Most important, it was taken care the following day by a very friendly,( I call him Door Master) His name is Ba. A very hard working & friendly professional guy. He was scheduled to come in at 4:30 a very cold January night on 2024,not only he was on time, he did not leave till we were satisficed & understood the whole door mechanism. We were told it will take roughly two hours to replace pretty much everything that was need it. Repairs were done also a camera was programmed as need it. Had an issue with my garage door opener. For two week I was trying to figure what the problem was. I called Doormaster Clinic. Ed cam out the same day and on time. Which is important for me! He told me what the problem was and gave me a few options pros and cons to each option. No pressure to either option.
