Outstanding service. Worked around a busy schedule for me and kept me posted. I would recommend.

The spring broke on my garage door and snapped right in half. When I opened the Yelp service they were the first ones to reach out. They were very good at keeping in contact and contacting me almost right away even though it was after hours. The garage specialist walked me through little tips and tricks to keep my garage running strong and also set everything up just perfectly. As of the garage was running, brand new. Will use them again in the future. read more

Ken was very professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly, and explained every step of the process in a way that made it easy to understand. He didn't just install the system--he took the time to hook up everything, program the remotes, and make sure the app and keypad were working properly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and patience. He tested the safety sensors, made sure the doors opened and closed smoothly, and walked me through how to use all the features. Although I wasn't there for the full walk-through, he explained that I can call him anytime if I have questions. He also cleaned up the work area and left everything neat, which I really appreciated. Ken went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident using my new system. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage installation or repair. I would definitely recommend him.. read more

Chris was engaging, informative and cooperative. He was on-time and was very professional in his work. I think I could have done this installation myself but Chris also said he would adjust the springs as part of his installation. I highly recommend EZ Open Garage Doors. Great work and a great value. read more

This is my 2nd time using this company. I upgraded my garage door controller. Ken did a wonderful job installing and explaining the new opener. Even looked over my garage door units and made sure everything was working properly. Much Thanks, will use again! read more

My garage door was closing hard and squeaked. I posted a project on Yelp and EZ Open Garage Doors replied to me in less than 15 minutes, asked a few questions and provided a quote for repair. I was also able to easily schedule a date for service that was convenient for me. On the day of my appointment Ken texted me to inform me of his ETA. Ken showed up on time, was very professional and has a positive can do attitude. He immediately began diagnosing my issue and started his work to repair my problems. The final bill came in less than my quote because of the specific nature of the repair which was a blessing. Not only did I feel that I had contacted the right garage door company but I was not sold on anything that I didn't need. Thank you Ken for your honesty and professionalism with my repair. I look forward to calling EZ Open Garage Doors for the next service call. read more

This is my second time using them for my garage repair for different issues with my garage. The response was quick and they were able to come within a few days to make the repair. I was able to send some pictures and get an estimate for the work. read more

Called to get an appointment to get one of my garage doors repaired. Asked me what the issue was and he proceeded to tell me how to lubricate everything and see if that fixed it. Said it would likely save me a service call. Sure enough, a bunch of WD40 later and it works great. Highly recommend, good honest neighborly business. read more

My garage door would not open, we could open it manually. Thought a spring broke in it. I called this place and the woman who answered was lovely, asked me what was going on, and even walked me through looking at the springs. I didn't know the springs were on the inside of the rod, so I told her some incorrect information. She was able to have someone come out the same day and quoted me some prices and informed the technician coming out will text me that they were on the way. The technician did just that, arrived on time. His name was Ken. He was very honest and forthcoming. Showed me how my sensors worked, adjusted something, made sure the springs were good. I totally figured I was about to pay a load of money, however I was surprised by the sheer honesty of the tech. They could have said oh yep that is a broken spring, instead he was honest, my springs were OK they might not last too much longer, of course he didn't give me a precise time frame on when that would happen. But said in general this is how long I've been seeing them last for the garage door we have and the system that was used. Could be tomorrow or two years. So I'll save up to get the system replaced and it will be replaced by them. Because seriously. I'm not well versed in garage doors and how the system operates. Any other company could have said anything to me about it and I would have said OK what do I need to do to fix it. And also, like don't worry if your house is a completely and utter pig sty disaster, I kept apologizing to the tech cause he had to walk through my nasty house, medical issues and work and my housework kinda took a backseat. The tech looked like I had two heads and said ma'am no worries like he didn't care and he understood. Like seriously, thanks Ken for not caring about the state of my house. So yeah this company seems to be pretty darn honest and caring. Got a customer for life. read more

EZ Garage installed our garage door 2 years ago. Easy peazy was the process. Installation and customer service was outstanding. Fast forward to April 2024. Our door was leaking when opened. Called on a Tuesday, the team was here 2 days later. Everything was covered under warranty. I highly recommend this company! read more

Update - I had a spring break on my garage door and sent a message via Yelp to EZ Open and had a reply within 5 minutes. After a few back and forth messages I had a confirmed appointment time window the same day for a very fair price. Chris showed up on time as expected and did a great job as always so I will never call anyone else for garage door issues. Do yourself a favor and call these guys for any garage door issues because they're still doing great work for very reasonable prices. read more

We have a family business and it is nice doing business with other families. They go above and beyond and are always friendly. I have had them out twice to fix my door and they always arrive on time. I love they they notice small details such as what is under their work area so they don't mess anything up. They put a towel over my bike so what they sprayed wouldn't mess it up. I appreciate them caring for your house like it's their own. 10/10 recommend EZ open garage doors!!! read more

Ken with EZ Open was prompt and efficient. He was friendly, got the garage door tuned up and gave me suggestions on what to do for further maintenance and what type of product to use. I felt like the charge was reasonable and I will definitely use this company again in the future. read more

Referred by my neighbor. They are an mazing family-owned business. They were able to come out right away and repair where my overhead door had become unbolted from the wall. Corrections were made that the builder failed to do, now it runs awesome and is super quiet! Highly recommend!!! read more

You don't know how important the garage door is until it doesn't work! Got a few estimates from other companies. Came across the reviews for EZ Open Garage Doors and they were 'stellar' so I decided to give them a call. Spoke with Lisa and boy did she know her stuff! Made me feel comfortable from the start and gave me an idea of cost over the phone. Ken came out exactly as promised on time and professional. I love that he wore a mask when coming in the house and practiced all social distancing measures during this pandemic. A+ for that alone. This company is a refreshing change and actually brightened up my day, they are honest and actually believe in integrity and providing good customer service. I highly recommend EZ Open Garage Doors for all your garage door needs. Thank you Lisa and Ken! read more

I was hit with a surprise when I damaged my garage door. Ken helped me find what the real problem (I jammed it with a sensor) was and then he repaired it. He didn't do a rush job and he was very personable. If you're wondering where all the good guys are, they're here. Being new to Florida, I don't know any reliable and trust worthy business people here yet. But hands down, this business here is where the good people are. Chris and Ken are just good pro's doing good work. read more

This was about as easy as it gets. E-Z Open garage doors was on yelp with a get a quote feature. I contact them directly through yelp (super convenient) and they got back to me in about 30 minutes. They gave me a quote without any hassle. Once I got the quote, I replied back through the Yelp chat feature and scheduled the repair visit. The technician was right on time. Was very clean and courteous. He repair my garage door fairly quickly. Payment was easy (I payed by Master Card). I can't complain. I with all service transactions could be this easy. read more

The best company, service, professional & timely work!! Ken fixed my door quickly & I can't say enough good things about EZ Open!!

Had them out to fix my garage door, same day service and repair and the price was well worth it. The guy seemed very knowledgeable as well. 100% recommend read more

I called EZ to have a door in one of our rentals fixed, it was not closing. Lisa at EZ helped me find the very best alternative. She asked some questions and the directed me to the most cost effective solution. She did not try to sell me more services or expensive equipment. They showed up in time for the repair. Unfortunately our tenant had got involved in a car accident minutes before and had to re-schedule. Lisa was again very accommodating and found the way to be there the following day. Technician showed up in time, fixed the door perfectly. I will not look for any other option related to garage doors than EZ. read more

Just a thank you to E-Z Open Garage Doors & Ken. Moved into my house in Dec 2019 and the 11 year old garage opener only had one remote. Tried everything to get more than one remote (and cars) to sink but no luck. This week the only remote I had died. Ken came out and found out the remote was indeed bad but he also found out the previous owners installed LED light bulbs in the door opener which on my unit interfered with the signal. He said it is rare but he has seen it a time or two on older models. He was able to get both my cars remotes to work. Will buy a new remote or two. read more

Showed up on-time and fixed broken stings as promised for quoted price. Very satisfied and will use again if needed.

Asked for quote on Saturday for a spring repair. The response is rapid had a quote presented. Now that's service. That's what I call instant gratification. They gave me appointment options. I appreciate that with my every day life schedule. We set the date and time And might add all this was done through Yelp messaging. I recieved a courteous that the technician is 15 minutes away. My appointment time was set at 10am. Chris(owner and technician) very courteous and prompt is right on time. He came right on in saw the problem. He exchanged the spring with a new one and changed a broken bracket. He didn't try to sell me other things like new rails or rollers. Like other business would do after they give you a quote. He stuck to his quote. Now my garage is back functional. It's a family own business with honest people doing honest work. Thank you. read more

Superb! I left a message for a return call and received it within minutes. Spoke to Lisa about the problem and was quoted a price. She contacted the tech and verified they could come the same day since he already had 4 other jobs ahead of us. Ken ended getting to us early, replaced the springs, and was on to the next job in less than 4 hours since the original message being left. Lisa was super nice, Ken handled the repair beyond quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!! E-Z is a fitting name :) read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and responsiveness of E-Z Open Garage Doors. I reached out early Saturday morning thinking I would hear back some time on Monday. I got a response back right away from Chris. After a discussion about the issue and the technician (Ken) was at my house within 2 hours. Ken was extremely professional and courtesy. He first explained what he would need to do and then he got to work. A short time later, he came back in the house to let me know the Wayne Dalton conversion was complete. I not only look to do business with E-Z Open Garage Doors to upgrade the current unit but, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their garage door. I came home from an extended leave away to find that the garage door had been broken and was hanging askew. I was pretty upset at the surprise and knew I had to get it fixed ASAP or risk the wrath of the HOA. It was a Friday night and I knew I probably wouldn't have much luck finding someone to come out last minute. To my surprise, I got a response from E-Z Open Garage Doors not even half an hour after I sent them a message! They were able to come out the very next morning and Ken was SO nice and personable. He reassured me he could get it done and gave me a quote that he stuck to even though it ended up taking him a little longer than expected due to an unforseen issue. If I ever have any other issues in the future I will be messaging these guys first and will pass on their name to others as well. Very solid customer service! read more

My garage door broke down completely Sunday evening. Called E-Z Sunday and left a message. Got a call back Monday morning and they were able to schedule a repair for me Tues afternoon. Ken arrived as scheduled and had the door repaired in about 40 minutes and it cost exactly what they said it would. Can't beat nice folks, knowledgeable and time efficient work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend E-Z! I added a short video; I can't believe how little noise it makes now. My neighbors will be happy not to be "notified" every time I'm coming and going now lol. read more

They responded quickly to my request for service, but ultimately nobody showed up on the day of the scheduled appointment I am amending my original 2 star. I started the process of finding a new garage door servicer last night around 9 pm. I didn't expect a response until today but Chris responded to me very shortly after I inquired. I couldn't schedule until this morning bc I needed to make sure I didn't have any meetings that conflicted. I asked if I could contact her back this morning and she said, "Absolutely!". I called her shortly after 7:30 am and left a message. Chris called me back shortly and scheduled a tech for between 12 and 2 pm. The tech Ken text me when he was enroute and about 45 mins after he arrived, my garage door was working properly and more quietly than ever before. Ken was courteous and very easy to work with.
