Client satisfaction is definitely big with him and our tenants (at 2 properties), all reported back praising his professionalism and attention to detail. He was also very punctual and kept me and the tenants updated of his moves whenever he had to leave and go and get supplies/material to complete work and then return to the site. He also sends you photos of the work once it is complete to make sure that you like the end product before he leaves. He seems overall to be a hardworking man committed to doing good work and providing for his family without charging you an arm and a leg for services rendered. Our last handyman was unreliable and would keep switching schedules on us or would be a no-show after we had already scheduled maintenance requests with tenants. That is completely unprofessional and that is why we opted to try someone new and so far we are excited with Cody and hope to use him on future handy work projects. It is extremely important for us that we find that one go to person the tenants can get to know because there are times we ask tenants to provide entry to unit for these repairs and it's important that they get familiar with one person versus many different people coming in and out of the unit.
