The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge. And I am thrilled to have my w/d working. It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

He power washed my driveway, siding and deck -- everything looks brand new! He also helped with a few repairs (broken door, leaky faucet, fixing broken steps and patching drywall). The spackle needed 1-2 coats at best (and wasn't even sanded) and he just left it like that, missed waaaay more spots than any pro ever would on his paint work and his finish carpentry is just plain unforgivable, just see the photos... I think he just saw an opportunity and took full advantage of my sister who hired him, so sad to see. I would not consider this handyman in my opinion for anything.
