While they may be expensive, you get what you pay for: exceptional workmanship, reliability, professionalism, and honesty. Connor and Andrew were our technicians on this visit, and they were outstanding. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way, they arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Connor and Andrew explained the issue with our outlets, answered all of our questions, and even showed us how we could test the outlets ourselves in the future using an inexpensive tester from Home Depot or Lowe's. We really appreciated them taking the time to share that knowledge instead of simply completing the repair and leaving. Great customer service and quality work!

I am so glad I kept their card as I returned home late to a broken breaker. I also sincerely appreciate that I could leave a message late at night and was called back as soon as they opened. It is very efficient that texting is acceptable as I could relay in writing the problem and all my info to Danielle who set up an account and had Rheo out in a few hours. Rheo quickly found the problem which had flashed & left soot all over the wall from an exterior outlet that had not been originally properly fit into the wall. He had to cut the hole larger & then creatively got a double exterior box and refitted it for my outlet, thereby covering the larger hole. This is a detailed review because I sincerely recognise & appreciate good work. That outlet had been flagged by my home inspector 12 years ago & was supposedly repaired before closure. Fortunately I rarely used it. MOST FORTUNATELY ALLSTAR has honest professionals who are genuinely competent in both of my experiences. Rheo was also very kind to explain some questions I had about my panel box. GREAT Job.

It appears that they had done some work at the house because they had left a magnet business card the main breaker box. The card listed a phone number and said to call or text. The told me they would come Wednesday afternoon. at 3pm we texted them to find out what time they planned on coming, and no reply. And a NO SHOW. No show to an appointment and no followup. This is not the way to do business.

Nick and his assistant, Ben arrived right on time as promised and immediately proceeded to work neatly and efficiently. They were both thorough and meticulous in their work. I was delighted! When it was time to start work on the surge protector, Nick called me out to view our large panel box and he pointed out that there was already a working surge protector installed, hence, there was no need for him to install another one. This is honesty and professionalism at its finest! I have found my electrician for life! 5 Star Review!

Matt (the owner) came out and must have spent at least a couple hours here doing a safety inspection and walking me through everything. He answered all my questions so I understood what was involved. He didn't try and upsell me anything, had a couple suggestions for stuff I could do myself, and actually talked me out of a couple ideas I had that would have put money in his pocket. He even fixed a couple issues right as he was here doing the inspection. Really genuine, honest guy. The estimate was fair, and broken down by project so I could prioritize which ones to do now and which ones to tackle later. We agreed on a day and time to do the work, and Matt & his crew showed up exactly when they said they would (they were even early). They had everything completed by early afternoon, and again explained to me everything they did. Everything was neat and tidy, and worked perfectly. They even got all the little details like which switches I wanted on the left and right sides of the switch plates. No unpleasant surprises when the bill arrived, and invoicing/payment was super easy and efficient. I wish more contractors took this level of pride in their work; I will absolutely be using Rider Electric for my future electrical projects. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
