That did not happen. There have been no follow up calls at all. This service is now so bad that it is almost comical. We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. On the website a gentleman is listed as branch manger. The big reason we went with orkin several years ago was because of him. Evidently, he has been promoted beyond his effectiveness. If this wasn't such a high dollar change over we would be gone. Please change my stars from 5 to zero!!!! Orkin is now a joke.
