Now they are unreliable and shady with how they try to conduct business. On March 23,2023 I sent a text request to Mark F. for a quote. I was told that Lorenzo would contact me shortly via telephone to set up a time to do the quote that day. I never got a call just got Lorenzo showing up at the house a couple hours later. He did the quote and told us he would be out to do the job on Saturday, 4/1/23 around 8 am. Friday, 3/31/23 around 5:30pm Lorenzo calls to inform me he took another job and will not be coming until Monday morning. I informed him this is not acceptable no one will be there to give them access to where the work is to be done. He then stated he could be out Saturday but it will be around 1-2pm. Saturday rolls on and they are no shows. So, my husband calls Lorenzo to ask where they are. His response: oh we are not available to do the job until next Saturday. So, I informed MARK about how we've been treated. His responses: I didn't know you were scheduled / we were heading their first thing tomorrow / we were on this job all day and my first available is Monday / the other homeowner added more work for us today / the schedule I had stated it was supposed to be this morning (Saturday) "so where were they"/ I can't help if the other homeowner added more work /if you don't want us to do the work that is fine with me!
