I cancelled pest service and kept termite, and they never do maintenance. They took the automatic renewal/annual $300 fee in Feb and have texted me twice that they'd be out on Sat and never showed. I filed a complaint with FDACS and called to get my $300 back. They said they'd send a request up......as of they aren't going to refund it. This company os TRASH and should have a class action lawsuit with all the unhappy comments I've seen online. FL Pest Control/Rebtokil should go out of business.

That did not happen. There have been no follow up calls at all. This service is now so bad that it is almost comical. This has to be the absolute worst service as an existing customer that I have ever had, the shame of it is that no one at the office seems to care (AT ALL)). We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. On the website a gentleman is listed as branch manger. The big reason we went with orkin several years ago was because of him. Evidently, he has been promoted beyond his effectiveness. If this wasn't such a high dollar change over we would be gone. Please change my stars from 5 to zero!!!! Orkin is now a joke.

Listen, I get that life happens and I'm understanding to that but to be late to two different appointments (and to one that was canceled) and be spoken at with that tone when YOU were the one who messed up is just completely unacceptable.
