I have Bryan Pest Control for Lawn, Pest and Termite care and have never had an issue. They are always on time for scheduled and recurring care, and always call just before arriving so I can bring my pets indoors. I also highly recommend using Bryan for Lawn Care! Tech called to schedule a visit, came to the house and didn't know why he was at the house. Had to reschedule. They came and the weeds are still there after a week. Another set of people came to aerate the lawn. Never knocked on the door to announce they arrived or leaving. Took the flags that I purchased so I called the office to have them return it. The lady who answered said that the call disconnected but should have kept trying to contact them. This company has left a bad taste with us and we will never use them nor recommend them. read more

He took a genuine interest in learning what landscaping changes had taken place since being installed, identified several that had been damaged and recommended relocating several traps to provide better protection. DO NOTE USE BRYAN PEST CONTROL We scheduled a required WDO inspection for a house we have under contract, more than a week in advance. They called the day they were scheduled to inspect to say they couldn't do it. With such late notice, we were unable to get another inspector in before the contractual deadline, which might jeopardize our ability to close on the house. No apologies, efforts to reschedule before the deadline, etc. Highly recommend you avoid them. Which I had checked all the other people saying the same on yelp before I called them. read more

Be careful what you're told over the phone by this company. I called from out of state (military) asking for a termite inspection on my home that's listed for sale. The lady on the phone told me "there's no fee for the inspection unless you request a generated report" which I didnt. Next thing I know I'm getting a $95 bill in the mail and STILL have not received any kind of inspection findings from them. Make sure they put in writing what they tell you or they'll stick you with a bill! read more

I don't live in the area of the bay front property that Brock Pest Control was servicing. I come back to the property after 6 months to find weeds taking over my yard. I called and spoke to the manager who told me that the local services had stopped doing services without telling them. There had been no service for 4 months. The manager promised that he would get the weeds under control. Unfortunately, after 3 months, he cancelled my account without telling me. Now, the new manager, Cary Hardin is Not returning my calls. I've had Bryan Pest Control service for seven years at two different houses, and I am very pleased with them. I won't go anywhere else. I bought my current house less than a year ago. After a few months, we discovered a termite infestation. They treated it, eradicated the infestation, and repaired all damage at no cost to me. The owner himself came out twice to check on repairs. NO NO ABSOLUTELY NO. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We are a military family. After years of no pests, our home had a sudden attack of rats where several appliances were destroyed. I am a 'referral business' person, I always ask around for a company and Bryan was recommended. The man came out, set some traps and let me know I should get up in the attic to see if there's anything that needs to be secured to keep pests out. It was a suggestion. Months later, the trap under the sink remained in tact with a pound of peanut butter and there's still rat poop being found. My husband was finally home and able to look up in the attic and he says anything keeping pests out was destroyed long ago. So my husband secured the vents leading into the attic. And apparently the dryer vent hose had a hole in it and they may have been getting in there and WE found that, not the tech. I wish the tech had done a better job of discovering where the pests were actually coming from. Because for over $100, I was told the tech was to set traps and determine where they were coming in and how to fix it. The tech also suggested putting steel wool in the holes that we had in our walls (small holes like around plumbing hoses, etc). Steel wool? Here's how to solve your own pest problem. Set traps with peanut butter along the walls and baseboards where they travel (determine that by where you find poop.) Big traps for rats, smaller traps for mice (determine by their poop size.) Sure, stick some steel wool in small holes, but it will probably just fall out in between the walls. Get yourself some Great Stuff Pestblock Insulating Foam Sealant for those holes. It's like a one time use, so fill all holes back to back. Secure 1/4 inch wire over entry points (vents, etc.) We caught a rat in a Victor Electronic Rat Trap. My sister has one and says rats learn though, so they see their dead family member laying there and they avoid it. But it does work and there's no guts! And for bugs, spiders, creepy crawlies-spray Ortho Home Defense Max around your home's baseboards, thresholds and windows, inside and outside. Let dry before you risk letting your pets around treated areas. OR call another pest control company because from the condescending receptionist to the technician, you're going to get nothing for your money but a hard time. read more

After paying for their service for over 2 years, I called them out because of sod web worm problem. The tech supposedly came out and put something on the lawn to rid the problem. I never saw any improvement and after a week the problem was so bad, I was about to lose my entire lawn. I decided to purchase a product from Home Depot and treat it myself. We had a service man come out a little over a month ago for a one time service. We were told by the gentleman that if we saw any insects and needed them to come out with in the next 90days to just call and change to a quarterly plan and they would come out. Yesterday I called and the woman on the phone told me that was wrong and if I needed to be sprayed again I'd have to pay. This leads me to believe that you are only interested in the money and not the customers satisfaction. I will be calling a different pest control company and I will never recommend Bryan's Pest Control! You deliver poor customer satisfaction and have no idea how to keep a customer. read more

Did you know they do yard maintenance too? Bryan Pest Control came highly recommended from a neighbor as we were using Trugreen in my mothers yard to fertilize, stay on top of the weeds and keep the bugs out and generally supposed to keep her yard looking good. With Trugreen, We had to resod two times as there service just sucked. I called Bryan and spoke with Tony and he has been wonderful to deal with as I live in Virginia and my 83 year old mother lives in Mary Esther. Whereas Tony (Bryan Pest Control ) keeps me informed with the condition of the yard and expected treatments and goes above the call of duty in checking the irrigation for her. I traveled from Virginia to Florida to meet with the new manager of Trugreen and he sent a service guy to meet me and my mom's yard was destroyed again under Trugreen's care, so we finally switched and so glad we did. Cudos to BPC for customer service and caring. Call these people! Everyone I have spoken with in this company has been great in dealing with!! read more

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They will come and perform services without your approval and have admitted that is their common practice and expect you to pay. We've been using Bryan Pest control since 2004, and I believe the previous owners used them as well, for an annual inspection and termite bond. We also started using them for our lawn service in 2010. With Bryan we never had any issues with pests of any kind and our lawn is almost growing too good, we had to reduce the watering schedule because it was growing so fast. We did encounter an issue when selling our house (no assignment of fault or blame) but Bryan held to their guarantee and we are completely satisfied with the end result. Having Bryan conducted annual inspections and maintaining the termite bond with them for the last 11 years was a selling point when selling our house. We even recommended Bryan Pest Control to the new owners of the house for their pest control, termite bond and lawn service. read more

Hired them to do pest inspection and to get clearance for termites/WDO's on the purchase of our new home. Representative NEVER went under our home to inspect...claimed they couldn't get access after the fact. However, there was an access opening that subsequent pest services found without any help. Results? Yes, termite damage found, along with obvious signs of wood destroying organisms. How did we discover? Shortly after purchase we asked 3 pest control companies for termite bond quotes. First service in found the damage, the access, and issues. This was less than 30 days after closing. Bryan was the second company to arrive for a quote...showed their representative the damage and pictures. He was more interested in protectiing his reputation and repeatedly said I wrote on the report that I couldn't get access...but interestingly they NEVER followed up with us (an email, a text, a phone call...not anyone in the company) to tell us he couldn't get in, NEVER did they offer any recompense for NOT doing their job we paid them to do which is to inspect all areas in and under the house for the WDO letter, and they want to hang their hat on the fact that it was written in the report. From a business perspective, one would think if you couldn't finish a job, you might want to tell someone directly that you can't complete it. Second, if you make a mistake, don't you think it goes a long way to apologize and refund the customers fees you charged? Third, wouldn't you want to make it right with a customer...as it was obvious the damage found did not occur in less than 30 days? To make matters worse, the original owners had plenty of money set aside to cover any issues that would be discovered during an inspection prior to closing. As it ended up we spent nearly $4,000 out of pocket to rectify what they didn't disclose...and what the "inspector" didn't report. Do NOT hire them.. read more

I've been using this company for over 12 years and recommended them to many others. On May 12, 2016 the lawn tech sprayed my lawn with a chemical that within days killed the front half of my yard. We had all new irrigation a month before . Our yard was looking great until that day in May. Took 3 phone calls to hear from manager who blamed it on the landscapers for cutting the grass when it was wet. We had .3 inches of rain total in the 12 days of May leading up to the chemical burn. The rest of our yard looks great! The same landscape company mows my neighbors who also look great! The owner finally called and said his tech did nothing wrong. I cancelled three contracts with them that same day. I've since had three other respected companies evaluate yard confirming chemical burn of some kind...not irrigation, not lawn mowing. I'm now getting quotes for grass replacement around $1,000. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
