Patriot did a termite inspection that showed small amount of WDO and said the home was very well maintained. After closing on the property I found very extensive WDO from termite damage and water. I called the company to meet me at the property and was told that because of furnishings he did not see damage. I asked about the moisture reader and I was told that he does not use one. I have had SERVPRO out to look at the damage and was told best advice is get an attorney. I wanted to give Patriot a chance to make it right with their insurance but was told not their responsibility. I am so disappointed!!! read more

They missed some wood rot damage on the original inspection. Then, they try to charge us to reinspect thier mistake?!?! Then, after repairing both reports ( the second was after inspection period and out of my own pocket) they tell me the report is clear and will send it my way. However, then they changed their mind after that again and decided they will not write a clear wdo unless we pay for an expensive termite treatment that is unnecessary . Don't worry though, the owner apparently is just trying to help out the buyer by missing things, holding up closing, and forcing them to do extra work no one budgeted for or found evidence of needing. If this is how you enjoy being treated, then Patriot is for you!! read more

Their prices are great but we didn't find any dead bugs unfortunately we are going to look else where for pest control. They were friendly and always came when they said they would. It's just a.matter of we needed the bugs gone and they arent. read more
