Such a great experience, I decided to write my first Yelp review. I had a serious roach problem and started by calling some of the well-known national exterminators. They were a pain to deal with, refusing to even give a cost estimate over the phone. A couple of local services weren't too friendly, either, and quoted ridiculously high rates and long contracts. Cameron Brennan at Brennan Pest Control, however, made a solid first impression on the phone, taking time to answer questions in a patient and friendly way. He offered a quote that was well below others I'd received and did not require a contract. We set up an appointment and when I had to reschedule, he adjusted with no hassle. This place was infested when he arrived. He spent two hours going through every nook and cranny - he even opened up a wall panel I didn't know could be opened - until he was satisfied. He sprayed, put down traps, and filled in holes with gel bait. I was happy with just the spray, but he insisted on being thorough. And it worked. It's been two weeks and the infestation is over. Just like that. He came back today for a follow-up inspection and treatment and spent ANOTHER hour working. There was no additional charge - it was included in the initial cost, which was already ridiculously low. Just part of being thorough, he said. On both visits, he took time to explain to me what I needed to do around my place to help control bugs (things like quickly sweeping up dead roaches before their eggs can hatch and not leaving pet food out all day). He's a bona fide entomologist, so he knows his bugs better than most. And on top of everything else, he was a genuinely nice guy. Could not be more pleased with the whole thing. It was the first time I felt unsafe in my home. My body was constantly bitten and the extreme itch that followed was unbearable. Fortunately, I caught a couple of the bugs, but I couldn't identify them. Several national and local companies were called, but Mr. Brennan is the only one who offered to help identify what was biting us for proper treatment (not a generalized spray). He willingly shuffled his schedule so he could investigate first thing the next morning. I was impressed with his entomology intellect (he knows bugs!) and his detailed investigation of the home. His demeanor put me at ease in spite of what I felt was a very embarrassing and stressful situation. Mr. Brennan found the source of the biting bugs - several bird nests infested with bird mites. Treatments and cost were discussed, approved, and Mr. Brennan immediately went to work making our home safe again. He even went the extra mile to share microscopic images of the mites he collected during his investigation and checked in with us a few days after treatment! Hmm... I could do so much with my thumb taps here, so I will. In 2018 I contacted many different pest control places that was such a rip-off. Charging so much that I could not justify it. That's when I found Brennan Pest Control. Cameron, was prompt and we went through the entire townhome. He told me what he would do after inspection, how often and gave a price. A fair honest price, no price gouging, no cutting corners. No canceling appointments. 98% of the time right on time. So I have been a true believer and trust in Cameron and his work for 8 years now. I have no bugs coming into my townhome. They look elsewhere. I have no doubt that if I had an emergency at the same time as the appointment. I would easily hide a key and tell him where it is. And I am completely comfortable with that. If you have any doubts put them to the side and give him a shot. I have no regrets using his service here. And I plan having his business and in my phone for a very long time. I swear by him and his work. Also his brother Tylor is pretty cool too. I've had them both here. I get my house serviced by these guys every 3 months and they really do a great job. The roaches are almost nonexistent inside the house and the wasps are also not building nests around my windows anymore. Tyler was very knowledgeable about where all the bugs usually enter the house from and how to help prevent or reduce the likelihood of them getting into the house. He also sprayed all the ant hills and holes that I knew about so I don't get attacked every time I mow the lawn. Give them a try if you have any infestations or just don't want to see a bunch bugs around your house in general. It's almost impossible to get rid of them completely but the stuff they use really does wonders and reduces indoor encounters by a bunch. read more

This company is awesome! We had a horrible flea infestation in our home. Mr. Brennan gave us a quote, explained what he would do and why. Not only was his price less than the bigger companies, he didn't require us to sign a contract! The only one we checked that didn't! We've not seen a flea - or any other bugs since his visit. I had an infestation of cockroaches. Mr Brennnan went through the entire house to treat it (inside & out) and then came back to the kitchen where it seemed the cockroaches had their home base to treat it again and to show me areas I hadn't checked that were harboring the bugs. Did a great job taking care of an in-ground yellow jacket nest at my house. He explained what to expect and gave me a timeframe for when the nest should be gone.
