Similar to Jessica's comment from a year ago, some of my termite bait stations are gone. Due to me being a new home owner only a few months I was hesitant to renew the previous owner's contract and sure enough my suspicions were confirmed. The contract lapsed only a month ago and I was definitely searching for their info to call and renew. Super weird that Im thinking to install security cameras thanks to a weirdo. I will happily hand them over if they were respectable enough to give notice instead of trespassing into my fenced yard. read more

Fraud company - Stay away - Bought house, called company that left tag with date of service. They finally sent me a renewal invoice for $250. , I paid it and then got phone call it would be an additional $500. , because the check I sent was too late. I had asked for inspection 8 months ago and they never came out. They said I was under previous contract and they did not need to inspect yet. This place is a joke and should lose their license. read more

They were accommodating when we needed to reschedule them a number of times for pre-treatment of a foundation repair, and were prompt and competitive price. They also are one of the few termite treatment companies that still offer repair bonds for damage. Other companies will give a bond that only provides another termite treatment, whereas Premier will actually repair the damage to your home. Will be using them for treatment of the whole property as well. read more

The facts. House build 97, moved in 2002. Contracted with Premier shortly there after. Termite with minor damage located east end/exterior wall. No cost to Premier for repair. Maintained annual renewal/inspections for 17 years. Found termite damage interior wall(minor). Claim denied by Kaitlin due to no active termite's and termite's found 17 years ago. Don't be fooled. We had been customers of Premier Termite and Pest control since 2014. NEVER AGAIN! They are one of the most unorganized and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Last Tuesday was the last straw. The tech was completely unprofessional, rude, and even after I asked him to leave my house and get off of our property he entered our back gate and aggressively ripped out all of the termite bait traps and left our yard with holes. I have it all on film and multiple videos of me asking him to leave our property from our outdoor cameras and my own recording with my phone. read more

One of the most unethical and dishonest companies I have ever encountered. They refused to honor a termite bond within 1 week of renewing that they had one the house for at least 14 years. We bought the home in August. Termite contract and bond renewed in October, 1 week prior to our renovations. At demolition for remodeling termite damage and live termites found. They even sent a guy out to inspect and he TOLD ME his treatment plan. Next day, premier calls to let us know they didn't cash our check and would not renew our contract and bond. I attempted to file a complaint with the state board that governs them and found out they have a notorious record of bad faith, and not honoring contracts or bonds. So bad that they employ a highly rated attorney to fight on their behalf. Stay far away from Premier. read more

I had this company do a termite inspection when I was purchasing my home. They have sent me 2 invoices saying I hadn't paid them and have had to call and give them the check number. I asked them to come back and do a treatment for roaches and the day they were suppose to do it, they told me they couldn't because I wasn't the home owner yet. So then they came back the day I was moving in. I had a couple of guys I had hired moving my big heavy stuff. I wasn't there, but they had one of them sign a contract and he was just a mover that I don't even know. They came back a few more times and I paid them for it, but they never sprayed, put what they called gel, or these small little black box things in any of the cabinets. So the roaches just continued to get worse. I finally went to Lowes and bought some heavy duty spray that they told me would do the trick. Took the stuff out of the cabinets, cleaned with a bleach spray, then the stuff from Lowes and no more roaches! I think these people were just trying to keep coming and never we're really getting rid of the roaches because I specifically asked them if they wanted everything out of the cabinets in the kitchen to spray and treat. They always said NO! Today I got a call saying because who ever the person that I don't even know signed a contract that they would find them and turn them over to collections! Unbelievable!! Don't know the guy and if they wouldn't treat my home before I moved in because I wasn't the home owner then how can they go after someone they forced to sign a contract that doesn't even own my home? Beware and don't use this company! It shouldn't take several times to treat for roaches when I did it once! I give it no stars if I was able! read more

Nothing but positive things to say in regards to this company. I will HIGHLY recommend them, I've been with them for years now! They have worked with me financially during a hard time and the staff is always friendly on the phone or if I ever go into the office. If I need a service call for any reason not only are they free, but they are pretty quick in getting out to our home. The technicians that come out are always very efficient when performing any service. I finally found a company that I can really trust. (Very rare in this world). I have used this company for the past 2 1/2 years. The service has always been excellent. I have a termite bond with them. They come out once a year to do an inspection and I also have quarterly pest control. I have had nothing but professional service from this company. Justin has come out the last three times and is always great. I have never had any type of pressure to pay an invoice. The come out and provide their service and I will either call in and pay or they will mail me an invoice. Great company! read more
