Update; (May 19, 2025) I need a bait trap replaced. We have made 6 calls over the last 3 weeks. One regional "do nothing" manager promised last week that they would be out "tomorrow". That did not happen. There have been no follow up calls at all. This service is now so bad that it is almost comical. This has to be the absolute worst service as an existing customer that I have ever had, the shame of it is that no one at the office seems to care (AT ALL)). We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. On the website a gentleman is listed as branch manger. The big reason we went with orkin several years ago was because of him. Evidently, he has been promoted beyond his effectiveness. If this wasn't such a high dollar change over we would be gone. Please change my stars from 5 to zero!!!! Orkin is now a joke. read more

Completely unprofessional behavior. We had an appointment on Friday where no one bothered to show up or call to inform us. We then reached out and they said they could fit us in the next day Saturday. We decided to cancel with them that Friday because we were upset after just getting our house ready and had our cats in a carrier waiting to leave for over 2 hours. Skip to Saturday, they send us an email that they're on their way to our house AFTER our scheduled timed (our appointment was between 8 to 10 and they showed up at 10:40) so I tried calling and no one answered and when the tech did arrive and I told them we will not be needing their service I got a sigh and "well, this was a waste." Listen, I get that life happens and I'm understanding to that but to be late to two different appointments (and to one that was canceled) and be spoken at with that tone when YOU were the one who messed up is just completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE! I am shocked at how bad and overpriced this company is. They never keep appointments and twice now they've cancelled an hour AFTER they were supposed to be here. Last week the appointment was between 10-12 and he sent me a text at 11:20 saying he and his daughter have the flu. This was after he showed up on the wrong day (appt was Thurs and he showed up Wed when we weren't home) Now I get an email stating they don't even know when they can reschedule, so bugs are starting to come into the garage and I'm sure soon the house, because they're almost a month behind. We're having our yard sprayed, so we have to notify the groomer next door and neighbors behind us so they can keep their pets inside for 35-40 minutes after spraying, so that's twice now I've had to tell them never mind. It's getting embarrassing. I wish that was the worst thing that happened, but a sales rep came over to discuss termite control and for some VERY strange reason decided it was perfectly fine to talk to me and my roommate about one of his clients having a sex dungeon and went into details about it. We were shocked into utter silence and all i could think of to say was "To each their own I guess". I called the branch manager immediately after he left and said I would file a sexual harassment suit if he ever stepped foot on our property again. I really thought they were the elite pest control company, but now I have to start the whole process over again with another company and because of this debacle, I don't know who to trust. read more

lazy pest control practice! I had a mouse/rat problem in one part of my attic and these guys didn't even step into my attic. never gave me a single point of entry or even killed a eat. they never even checked my roof for a point of entry. they claim to put traps outside in the yard and never did. Horrible value since the service is without effort. read more

Trash service. They bother you when trying to upsell you on their garbage products and then as soon as you sign the contract they ghost you. It took them 3+ months to complete work they told me would take 2 days. Don't waste your time or money with them. read more

Don't recommend. They don't do a good job and charge you any price they want. They tell you one thing and have you sign a contract then do the complete opposite. read more

I had just rented a home in Pensacola and was greeted by ants on the outside and inside. Just after the Hurricane on September 19 ,2020 I called in a panic and Orkin came to the rescue. Tony accessed the problem and treated my home. I will be using them on a regular basis. His coworker Jennifer came out to help and write up my contract. She was very pleasant and informative. Thanks Orkin for being there for me! read more

Bad customer care is what I got. Scheduled a service did not work still have the problem. Called to schedule another service didn't show up and called again to schedule another service and again didn't show up. Bad customer care would not recommend for anyone. Worst experience ever. read more

If I could get zero stars, I would. I called Orkin about a week ago and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. They never did, so I called back and talked to a very rude employee. I told her my situation, and she didn't apologize or anything for Orkin not contacting me. I had squirrels in my attic and on Orkin's website and the employee I talked to last week told me Orkin does squirrel removal, and the employee who I talked to today told me Orkin doesn't do squirrel removal. I asked why I wasn't told this last week when I originally called, and she responded by saying "I don't know I didn't answer the phone." She didn't apologize for the misunderstanding. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. I definitely will not ever try to use Orkin again. read more

Seems to be waste of $1500. Called Orkin to take care of a bed bug infestation, and in a few days had a inspector come and see are issue. Seemed like a good trusting person and talked us into them coming and spraying the house twice for $1500. So about week later guy came out to the house to spray the entire house down from what I was told from the inspector. The guy went in and sprayed the house for maybe 45 mins (know the house is a decent size double wide trailer) then leaves. We still see bugs, but a Week later they spray again this time maybe an hour this time. We still getting eaten by bugs. So we call back they try telling me I need to pay another $1500 to come out again. I cuss them out tell them they don't come fix this problem they will hear from my lawyer. So they finally say they will spray the house again. They finally come back out 2 weeks later knowing im being eaten up. spray the house, this time staying hour and a half. We leave for a day or so put the house back together and go to bed. Wake up midnight guess what happens still got bugs on my bed and crawling on the walls. So I call them again and tell them to come back out after cussing them out again, I went out bought bed bug supplies myself from a local walmart and spray and dust the floors myself, seems to be working 10x better then what ever Orkin is doing. And I havnt seen any bed bugs since. But now I'm still waiting on them to come out. It's been a week I've been waiting.... read more

I never had a problem until I hired Orkin. I got so frustrated that I just told them that I would find somebody else to deal with my problem. read more

You can't give a zero had Orkin for years we moved to other side of town had some issues with the person that came we got original man back we needed to get a termite inspection and service plan Orkin price was excessive and they want to sell plane and financing it found another company that is 1/3 the cost and monthly pest service is cheeper read more

I would give less if i could. This is the Orkin in Pensacola, Florida. The salesperson Chris Thorson will lie to you directly to your face. I sat there with a witness telling him I wanted to pay right then for the service. He said no Orkin will bill you in 45 days and you have 90 days same as cash. I told him I wanted to pay in full now. I didn't need to be billed. I got a credit inquiry on my credit from some place called Rollins Acceptance. I called Orkin for service. I didn't call to have anything financed. So now I have a 90 day same as cash loan. This is what I get for trusting the snake and liar Chris Thorson and believing in calling a name brand company. This guy needs to take some of Orkin's snake control and have a drink or two himself. He is a liar straight up! Don't trust Orkin for employing him and don't trust him as far as you could pick him up and throw him. I will never recommend Orkin to anyone and never will ever use them for service again. Buyer beware! Smooth talkers are liars. read more

My experience was great. My pest control route manager Kelli Henderson was very professional and courtesy. She was very easy to talk to and went above and beyond helping me get rid of my ant problem. I only needed 3 services due to her outstanding job but will be sure to request her services again if the problem arises. I even had changed my telephone number, forgot to update it and she couldn't reach me but made a courtesy visit to my home to check to see if I was available. Thanks for going the distance Kelli read more
