Due to a recent medical issue causing issues with my ability to communicate I have found it harder to handle bills and such. This has to be the absolute worst service as an existing customer that I have ever had, the shame of it is that no one at the office seems to care (AT ALL)). We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. Skip to Saturday, they send us an email that they're on their way to our house AFTER our scheduled timed (our appointment was between 8 to 10 and they showed up at 10:40) so I tried calling and no one answered and when the tech did arrive and I told them we will not be needing their service I got a sigh and "well, this was a waste." Listen, I get that life happens and I'm understanding to that but to be late to two different appointments (and to one that was canceled) and be spoken at with that tone when YOU were the one who messed up is just completely unacceptable.
