Due to a recent medical issue causing issues with my ability to communicate I have found it harder to handle bills and such. "We'll get that to you next week" ... it was THREE MONTHS! I've cancelled the one contract, and have to wait until April to cancel the second two. THEY ARE HORRID.

I had a termite problem that Terminix technicians missed repeatedly from 2023-2024. I had a literal…read moreant piles forming against my base boards in my treatment room and the technicians told me they were carpenter ants. When my floors started coming apart, I confirmed with a flooring specialist that it was termite damage. I had to shut down my office (not seeing patients) while waiting a month to put in new floors, dry wall and cabinets back in July of 2024, plus I called and called terminix repeatedly and they charged me $2500 to come out and fix the issue. And it wasn't right away. I requested that I be signed up for a termite bond going forward and was told that I was signed up for the bond. So fast forward to 2025 and I just had my terminix technician come out today and he completely ignored the fact that I have termite damage throughout the door frame of my treatment room. There is literally a nest on the door frame! Patients have pointed it out to me even. I just called terminix back to have to technician return to address the issue, and the terminix rep told me that I do NOT have a termite bond, therefore no one will return to inspect the damage. This is another example of the lack of duty, responsibility and the repeated level of BLATENT negligence that Terminix has when dealing with its commercial customers!

I got to meet his Son one year when Buddy had surgery and he also is a very nice young man and Buddy taught him well for he also did a very good job on servicing my home. When you meet Buddy out in a store he is always friendly and will always stop and talk to you. You want find a nicer or friendly person than Buddy or his staff. But…read morethe last two years they started providing terrible service that required reservice and they came up with excuses in not doing it. Yesterday Isaac Morrison came over for service for an appointment that I had not confirmed. Later that day I looked at my surveillance video cameras and noticed he was bringing a hose from the truck to where my outside water faucet that has a water irrigation timer for my palm tree. After he took the hose back to the truck he came and looked around the base of my palm tree. There is absolutely no reason for him to be there. I called Jennifer about it and had Isaac call me. He became defensive when I asked what he was doing. I told him that I have video cameras and I told him what I saw. He made weird statements like what do you have cameras on the back on my eyes? No dude I have video surveillance cameras. And what were you doing by my palm tree? Well he said can't I look at the tree? He then said he already wasted enough time on this call. But apparently he had time to waste looking or doing something to my palm tree. I'm still investigating what he was doing but the bottom line is that he is unprofessional at the least and he and Guardian Pest Control obviously are a company of professionalism of the past. They will longer be providing service to my house.

Fast forward to 2026. I recently sold that house and during their WDO it was noted that there was severe termite damage. Not active termites but damage that was so bad it had been there since before I purchased the home and was either missed or not even checked during my own inspection. This alone prolonged the sale of my home and most importantly costs me thousands of dollars because someone did not fully do their job. I contacted Rusty's and spoke to a woman who was very dismissive. She tried to give me an oh well, that was so long ago response and attempted to rush me off the phone. I was polite and was inquiring about what Rusty's could or would do to rectify the error. She claimed she was going to speak to the owner which I'm sure didn't happen because she hasn't called me back. i shouldn't have to beg for you to correct a mistake you made. I'm entitled some kind of compensation on the repairs. Had I known the damage even existed, I either wouldn't have purchased the home or got the previous owners to fix it to avoid the exact thing that ended up happening. Rusty's portrays themselves as an honest, reputable business and won't even take responsibility for their mistake. Although it could be a simple mistake for them, it was a costly one for me. I wanted to resolve it with them before having to seek other ways to address my complaint.

Tim is my lawn care tech, my lawn has never looked better, and his recommendations and advice are always on the money! I've dealt with some of the National Companies in the past and they don't hold a candle to Bryan's Service Level or value for me!
