Communication was not great and the workman worked sporadically and then not very carefully. The worst part is their refusal to provide their Florida License Number and the Insurance Policy Number covering the time they worked in our home. Calls and e-mails elicit no return calls or information. We were assured they were licensed and insured so why will they not provide the information our insurance requires. This information appears no where on any of the paperwork exchanged.

Apparently AO Smith assembler does not know what torque wrenches are for or he was being ugly and decided to make a few peoples lives miserable. Even though the problem is an AOSmith problem they say I might have to pay a small sum to get the exchange water heater. So I have to pay for delivery of the old unit back to Lowes, delivery of replacement to my home, and then pay for installation.....How's that for a 6 year warranty?

Also even though the house did lift up a little it definitely was not done correctly because my home is still lopsided everywhere and my doors swing shut showing the home is not leveled. When I tryed to reach out I was getting ignored. Finally David the owner got back to me via messenger and told me that he couldnt reach everything. When he was here he said it was laser beam straight and that any part that was still uneven came from the inside floors. I had a other contractor come over and told me that the job was done so bad and you can see the house lopsided even from the outside and that he didn't even have to step foot inside to know that! When I try to communicate with David I asked him to please come since he told me there's a one-year warranty and I wanted him to come while the other professional that I was going to have was here and all he did was unfriend me from FB and block me!! What kind of so called professional is that? Where's my one year warranty? I left a message saying I woukd call the BBB and leave bad ratings and take him to court and he just hung up and he didn't care! I had called from another number a few days later and he said I was being a little rude and hung up on me! They talk a good game. Im aware the sales team doesn't do the actual work but they are aware of the…read morehalf-a** work their contractors do. They up sell all these glamorous extras but not a single door in my house lines up properly. They told me that is normal . I paid extra for a glamour bath upgrade and that comes with a cracked mirror that is hung crook it and a tub that has leaks. We got the shutters thrown in for free and didnt get them for a whole year after we moved in and only after I left a bad review on Facebook. They tell you they will do a walk thru after you have lived there 30 days so you can let them know the list of repairs you notice but have you sign a paper saying your happy before you can move in. After 30 days no one calls you back or answers a call . Once they get their money they ghost you. Please for the love of God don't pay extra for the longer warranty!! It sounds good but they don't honor the year long one that comes with the purchase . I really tried to get them to fix the tub for about 6 months but my husband who works in the hands on blue collar world told me to give up because he really isn't confident in any of their current work and couldn't imagine it being any better. The idea of a family finally getting their home only to end up with one of these makes me sad . Im aware that manufactured homes are cheaper quality but simply putting care into leveling windows and smoothing out caulk shouldn't be out of reach for the lowwer middle class.
