I had Corey come out for a quote, very reasonable, and scheduled the repairs. They were out yesterday and quickly removed the old stairs and replaced them with new ones. Then they scraped the porch ceiling, taped and mudded it, and painted it. While waiting for the mud and paint to dry they went next door and did some painting for my Dad.
