There was no charge for the inspection but did give his wife a couple of hundred bucks and told her to take him out for the best steak dinner for all the sweat and dirt and mud he got spending an hour under the house. No A/C, no steps, no skirting. It took over 4 months to just get the permit to set up the mobile home. He could not get the paperwork correct. The day of inspections there were 3 places that the tie downs were not even connected. I purchased a screen room with the mobile. When he said it would not be installed with the mobile home I told him I wanted my money back. His responce was, you dont have a contract. I will bring it to your property and scatter it all over your yard. I found out after the purchase that he was a prior drug dealer. He runs his business the same way!!!

We've called, left voicemails, and the only response we've received for him are vague promises like "we'll try to get there this weekend," with no follow-through. It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating, and we're still waiting for the work to be finished. Very disappointed in the follow-up and reliability. Would not recommend.

I asked why he would have to tear up floor he just repaired......crickets. After a few months all the work they did started to sag, exactly where they replaced it. When I try to communicate with David I asked him to please come since he told me there's a one-year warranty and I wanted him to come while the other professional that I was going to have was here and all he did was unfriend me from FB and block me!! Integrity Vapor Barrier Services is a company with integrity, well named, and it was all due to a misunderstanding around the scheduling which led me down a horrible road. I experienced an extremely taumatic scam recently and when Integrity did not show up as I thought they were scheduled to, I panicked and began to relive that scam. I have spoken at length with Patrick who has been extremely forgiving and understanding. I am truly sorry for any impact this may have on his reputable business and am hoping very much that noone makes any decisions based on that review. Last year family purchased a mobile home in the Newport Richy area. I honestly don't know how it passed inspection. Plumbing in the master bedroom bathroom was not connected. Plumbing from the main waterline was leaking. A year of water and soap accumulated inside the insulation causing a mold to form. After contacting 8 vapor barrier contractors I chose Integrity Vapor Barrier mobile home repair to do the job. Patrick is a very reasonable man and I'm also happy that he offered mold mist. None of the other vendors offered to take care of mold. He even inspected the air condition ducks and any connection to the inside of the house. Very professional and very thorough. To replace all the awning that flew off, repair the skirting all around the house, and to repair the gutter it was $1800. Crazy I would sit and waste my time to call around and get prices and take the time to write up this quote for you. Your husband said to give him the best price I could possibly do. I called around for 2 hours to find you the cheapest materials.
