Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. But the most impressive was the high quality materials they use as well as the installation process. He understood the rush I was in to get this completed before my mother came out of rehab but at the same time the installation process was not compromised at all. This company goes out of their way to use the best products along with quality work that will last. The other companies we interviewed with did not use quality products and were proud to say they complete it in one day... that shouldn't be if you want the adhesives to dry properly. Worthmann Roofing replaced our roof in May 2022. By fall 2023, it leaked. They came out, did a…read morequick repair, and patched the ceiling. Less than a year later, the leak returned. They found rotted wood and visible mold. A storm also blew off shingles around the same time. I reported everything immediately and followed up multiple times. After months of silence, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. They never replied. It is now January 2026. Worthmann has gone completely silent, no repairs, no updates, no accountability. I've filed formal complaints with the state and BBB. Extremely disappointed in how they've handled this. Warranty means nothing if a company disappears when it matters. Update (April 2026): After filing formal complaints, a representative from Worthmann Roofing contacted me. They indicated they are working on a plan to address the issue. As of now, I have not yet received a written repair plan or timeline, and the matter remains unresolved. I will update again once there is a concrete plan and the work is completed.

It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly.
