Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. It took longer than it might have because we didn't want to move out. That made it easier for us, but more complicated for them. My husband was able to take our dog to work on days they were there, so very minimal inconvenience for us. Tallon and his team's attention to detail was spot on. They showed up when they said they would. Every little thing we mentioned was done, and some things we hadn't noticed before, were corrected after discussions. The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. Not sure who runs the place but very unprofessional. I'll n the end we went with the tried and try Jack Wilson roofing who was only 300 more but we've used them in the past and they do great work. So avoid the quality discount and just cut straight to jack Wilson
