Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project.
