Jessica at Adams Homes at Sebastian Highlands never contacted us except to cancel our contract. She promised to call us when our house was ready to go on MLS along with two others we had specified. Jessica never called us back.We had to fight for six weeks to get our deposit back, my husband had to show up at the Eau Gallie Boulevard office to get the deposit and when he did it was a few hundred dollars short. We know of another customer who is close to finishing a house in Palmbay who now has to pay $45,000 more for a house that he has a contract on ,he feels that he has no other alternative but to try to scrape that money together.Beware!!!!

If you already started a process I suggest you visit the construction daily. If you have to deal with the project manager " David" good luck. The only trusted person is a guy named Jason, other employees need to learn a lot from him and I am taking about HONESTY.
