There had been a previous assessment done as part of a unscrupulous realtor trying to make us lower our house sale amount. Kevin walked us through the report and walked us through what was actually going on. The remediation assessment was about $10K as opposed to $100K. It was actually thrilling to see how he made his assessment. In this day of folk not bothering to do their job, much less excel and exceed, we were very grateful to see a professional. If you need a mold assessment I can recommend H2H wholeheartedly.

As we were loading we realized our truck was too small for all of our stuff. Our driver, Jim, helped us out by driving the loaded truck to UHaul to pick up an additional trailer, bring it back, and then helped us load and pack it. Despite leaving five hours later than planned, he still arrived three hours early in Asheville, the very next day. All of this great service was provided at a very reasonable price. On the front end, Frank, the owner, explained everything we needed to know and made sure we got to know our driver before we committed. Brenda was on hand to help facilitate scheduling and finances. Everything was spelled out clearly, no hidden fees or sudden up charges. RTD seriously saved our bacon. I don't know what we would have done without them. A huge thanks to them from us!
