The service…read moretechnician Corey arrived at my home and immediately broke off a value from the pump after being told that the value was frozen shut and could not be opened. He cleaned the backflow pump but did not repair the broken valve. In addition he replaced several sprinkler head and capped two head. In doing the repair work he cut the line to the rain sensor which is no longer working. Corey completed his work and ask that I write the check to him personally and not to Oasis for $295.00. I checked my account later that day and the check was cashed immediately by Corey. I contact the owner of Oasis who said he would speak with Corey and have him call me to do the repair. I have not been able to reach anyone at the company since being told the service technician would contact me on 07/18/2012 @ 8:30 am.
