The selection at store is tremendously huge. The best part is watching installation by García and his crews. I had vinyl tile flooring installed by EZ Floor last November…read more In May of this year, there was a toilet leak, and I contacted Rudolph to request a repair. However, I did not receive any follow-up. In June, I noticed that a small, fingernail-sized piece of the vinyl tile had come off. The area appeared to have been repaired previously, but it had come off again over time. I visited the store in person on July 11 and spoke with Rudolph again to request a repair. Unfortunately, I still have not received any call or follow-up regarding the repair. I understand that issues can sometimes occur after installation, but I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and customer service. I hope EZ Floor will improve its post-installation service and communication with customers.

The morning after the flooring was completed, she came downstairs and said, "Mommy, I just love our floors." This new flooring has made me fall in love with my home all over again. I was very happy with the services I received from HF Centre! We had our floors installed two weeks…read moreago now, and we're super glad we went with HF Centre. We went to the showroom and met with Steve when inquiring about redoing our floors. We initially thought we wanted hardwood or engineered hardwood and told him we wanted the most durable hardwood possible. He let us know that while some are better than others, the only flooring with a warranty for water and pet damage was a luxury vinyl flooring that's fairly new. We were skeptical of vinyl at first, but it looked so much like wood, and the lifetime warranty and price won us over. I also want to note that when Steve came out for the measurement and estimate, we made it clear we needed individuals who could move the furniture. We have a glass dining table, and we had no means of moving it, and other flooring quotes we had didn't include the moving, and they refused to do it. Steve, on the other hand, was very receptive and let us know that his guys could definitely move the table and accommodate us. We were thrilled. We were able to get it installed in less than 2 weeks from the quote. They happily accommodated our request to do it so quickly, and they were extremely professional the whole time. The deposit was a bit large, but so much of the cost is the cost of materials, so it made sense to me. The crew who did the installation were seriously top notch both days. I cannot rave about them enough. They were early, professional, and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home and doing the job. I would 100% use them again for another job, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needed any kind of flooring. These are your guys!

This was a complex project due to the glue down installation of bamboo floors that had to be removed at the second level of the house. Portions of the first floor finished in polished concrete were also installed - all along a gentle curve.. The care and precision of installation was perfect, particularly working around a curved steel stair case that was finished in 3" floating black walnut treads. After a year of use and a long overdue review, I remain extremely impressed with the durability and beauty of these floors. The entire team was fantastic to work with, particularly Steve and his install lead Cesar. When you have a single guy on the install team that makes all of the cuts, you know they have their process down pat. We did not have a single punch item on the job. After our personal experience, we had Steve provide floors for my daughter's house in Mercer Island, Washington. Steve advised on locating a certified flooring installer and the results there were fantastic - a custom herringbone pattern and color perfectly fitting the mid-mod house. We highly recommend European Floors and Steve's entire team.
