A new homeowners place to go!…read more Moving into a new place can be very overwhelming especially when you need flooring work done. I had seen lots of great reviews about this business so I decided to make my way over and check it out. I had the pleasure of meeting Ron as I walked in to this business hoping to get a quote on carpet and tile work in my new home. I let Ron know that I had no knowledge of carpets or how to pick one. Ron took the time to explain how it all worked and gave some great product recommendations, such as getting a good quality padding. A few short days later, Ron came to measure the area for our carpet. The quote we received was very fair. I had done a bit of research on pricing so I knew what to expect, and was thrilled with the price Ron quoted. I then had the pleasure of working with Claire, who helped set everything else up and make sure our dream home came together with brand new flooring. Both Claire and Ron were excellent communicators who went above and beyond to give the best possible customer service and turnaround time. My wife and I could not be more pleased with a beautiful work that was done in our home.

Coastal Flooring is one of the best servicing flooring teams I met with! Steve Hernandez was my…read moremain point of contact who was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions I had. Flooring is a huge undertaking for any home and there are many choices available in the market depending on your needs and budget. We were not a huge fan of regular vinyl and carpet so we knew that we wanted to get new flooring done before we officially moved in. After much research, we decided to pursue LVP/LVF also known as Luxury Vinyl Plank or Luxury Vinyl Flooring since it is scratch resistant and water resistant. It's more affordable compared to other options we saw and is extremely durable. During the estimate stage, Steve came over to our home to conduct measurements and even brought samples with him that matched with the color scheme we were looking for. We wanted to have a slightly warm neutral gray flooring to match with our furniture and décor. The pricing that the Coastal Flooring team gave was reasonable and we decided to update almost our entire home with the same flooring. The total job for our home was completed within 5 days between the hours of 8:00 - 5:00 PM each day (including one weekend day) from the installer team. After a few months, our flooring is still in great shape and condition since Steve gave us tips on how to maintain and keep the flooring up to date. We are extremely grateful for the Coastal Flooring team in providing to us a quality and exceptional flooring job in our new home!

The lovely woman Jackie who would text regularly with updates and keep me posted on which flooring team was next, awesome! Both the carpet and the laminate flooring teams were always on time and worked overtime and did an absolutely beautiful job on the floors. The only bummer was that they knew our house had just been freshly painted and when the job was 100% complete there were blue splat marks on the walls (I'm assuming from a glue), some scratches I had to repaint and some of the baseboards were a different material due to curves which caused them to be tan not white like the rest. Other than that I really did love the company.
