I know this is a chain and I can only speak to this location specifically but I come here on purpose because I know I will get the right help to get what I need - and in the event of any issue I can easily return anything else. The store manager Tony is especially helpful and has made the treacherous process of buying supplies significantly easier. I have been very happy with the service I have received thus far and continue to recommend for any of your home supply needs. read more

I placed an order of tiles at pompano beach center in April 2022. Store confirmed that tiles are in stock. It is almost 2 months and they have not been able to deliver the tiles. Every time I call I get a new "estimated" date from them. On top of that, store manager has a careless attitude. Instead of being proactive and informing me about my order status, he would wait for my call and then give me new date. read more

I Attempted to find a certified for inspector per floor and decor specifications and there are none available in my area at floor and decor refuses to recommend one that they would except so this criteria is self-serving to floor and decor as they know that no one will be able to meet this criteria they do not have to stand behind their products so if Floor Decour truly stands behind their products They would provide a list of acceptable inspectors in the area where the claim is being made It is very convenient for a floor and Decore to hide behind this Ridiculous policy I would invite a representative of Floor &decor to come to my home and inspect the tile read more

Good selection, but very disorganized and stressful: Signs in wrong places, orders not filled carefully, broken pieces lying around inside and outside, not enough floor assistants, installed examples are badly designed, lots of trash at pickup entrance. Needs better management to handle workflow and crowds. The one in Boynton is fantastic. read more

Their shipper delivered broken tiles to me. I went I to the store to inform them of what needed to be replaced and was told I needed to bring the broken tiles back to the store myself. I was told by the store manager that if they were going to pick up the damaged products I would have to pay for it myself. Floor & Decor and their delivery service are apparently okay with delivering damaged items without accepting responsibility. I should have saved myself the $200 delivery fee and rented a truck instead of wasting my money. Unless I have a stroke to forget this experience, I will not step foot in any of the stores again. read more

We absolutely love this store and the products offered. The tile choices and flooring are fair priced, just remember once gone they may never get the same one again. Buy extra for safety. On this visit we needed to exchange some Grout Refresher that I purchased in the wrong color. I didn't keep my receipt (its a guy thing) but they pulled it up by telephone number and made exchange quick and painless. I ended up purchasing a couple items also as appreciate a store that recognized a return could mean additional business opportunities. Now if only they did their own installations for clients ... we would hire them for a tub to glass shower only install for the kids bathroom. read more

Huge selection, very helpful staff, tad pricey but that is to be expected, some beautiful materials, some a bit dated, every type of tile you can think of, though, from pencil to 48x48, porcelain to gold filigree, many rectified choices, and honest about real issues that most interior design rip-off artists (weight, inconsistencies, etc.) gloss over; here, they help you figure out problems and respect if you are going for perfection vs bulk completion. Also, we brought back a truckload of samples and they were very patient, taking back every piece, including discontinued stock and pieces from their other locations that they didn't carry at this one. read more

Before choosing a store to work with I suggest to pick up the phone and call to see how they handle a simple phone call let alone an issue. I took a day off of work to receive my material I purchased and after realizing they're not coming to deliver, I can't get a hold of anyone at this store or the toll free number online... My time is valuable to me and if this company doesn't have its act together enough to take into consideration it's customers, they aren't worth your time or money! My delivery fee of $1000 is either waved or I'm refusing my order... Where is my order? Why don't you answer your phones? read more

Nick was the best he was very helpful and took he's time with us. Very helpful and friendly.

A shout out to Anthony!! He went above and beyond to help me. Most importantly very patient. I walked into Floor and Decor and honestly I was confused. I needed tiles for my table for my swimming pool. Anthony immediately offered his assistance. I explained my situation and he suggested a few tiles. I bought 3 different ones to bring home and see which one was the best. I returned to floor and decor and there was Anthony again. He went above and beyond to find the tiles that showed in the system as available. Great customer service! I made sure and told his manager. Next time I'm at Floor and Decor I'll make sure to look for Anthony!!! read more

I have been trying to call them for weeks. I even sent an email to customer service and no one has reached out to me. They never answer the phone either. They put someone else's name on my receipt as the customer! I can't get any assistance or to even check on my order of over $2000! What poor customer service! I'll never purchase from them again read more

Very large store with a huge selection. Whether you are looking for tile, hardwood flooring, backsplash or other flooring needs this is the place to go. The sales people were extremely helpful especially Val and Keith. I was able to purchase a large amount of tile and have them hold it so someone to come and pick it up for me. I do wish there were a few more sales people on the floor to help on a busy Saturday but otherwise their service is top notch. I will definitely use them when I do my bathrooms. Update: adding an additional star for the help I received on 1.9.16. Thank you!! read more

Drove 45 minutes after order "was ready". Spent an hour at the store and was told they don't have it. "Manager" Tina is just ignorant.

I have been doing business with the store for 10 or 20 years. I went in the store today to order floors for our commercial project. There is no service desk. There is no install counter. Nobody was there. They could help me. I called and their voicemail for commercial contractors was full. How are these guys stay in business. Going elsewhere. read more

Large selection of all kinds of tile and wood floors. Easy parking up front by the door. They have two different installers onsite on different days to answer questions and set up appointments for estimates. It cost $25 for the measurement and quote that will be deducted from your purchase. They will hold items for 14 days. After that they charge you a fee per day to hold merchandise. You can return any extras for no restocking fee and full return. they let you purchase samples that can be returned for a full refund. I wish they had stickers to write on to put them on tile for checkout so you know what each piece is. I had to keep them in order and write on a piece of paper the sku numbers for each to provide cashier. The store is large and very clean. There were sales people around to answer questions if you flagged them down. read more

I haven't purchased anything from here yet, but based on selection and pricing so far it's a clear winner in my book. I did find that they needed more 'female employees'!!! There were a ton of men who offered no assistance to me whatsoever & I definitely had questions. Their hours are also friendly to people who actually work, most of these tile places are open from 9-5 M-F which is a joke for anyone who works. I haven't made a final decision yet, but I took lots of pix! read more

I normally do not write reviews, but when I do, it is because of the exceptional service! My boyfriend and I are almost done with our dream home, yet we were missing floor tiles. We had gone in and out of the Doral store, trying to decide on the perfect set. When we finally agreed on the look, we saw it was sold out in our Miami area stores. We even checked Ft. Lauderdale and they, too, did not have the number of pieces we needed. One thing my boyfriend taught me, is that one should never settle, so I did not want to look for another tile that was in stock. We had to have this specific tile. I called the Pompano store and a lovely lady, Mickey, helped me. The computer system read they only had a few tiles, yet she placed me on a brief hold to physically count what they have....AND THEY HAD WHAT WE NEEDED! We still ran into a couple issues: We had to pay in person (online payment was not an option because the system did not have correct inventory), and we needed those tiles by Wednesday and it was Monday! Going to Pompano, from Miami, on a work day, and it was already the afternoon, was just not going to happen. I called the store again, and asked to speak to the manager. Cedric Everette was the employee who helped me for the rest of our transaction. Cedric gave me his personal cell number, so we can be in direct contact. He confirmed they had all the pieces we needed and promised to hold all 222 tiles for us, as long as we went the next day. I couldn't express anymore how important those were in order to complete our new home. Cedric was gracious and followed through! My boyfriend went the next day to pay in person, and Cedric was able to arrange delivery for the next day, Wednesday! We received all our tiles the next morning and couldn't be more excited/happy! Really want to recognize Cedric for his outstanding service and it's people like him that make the service industry so successful. Thank you again! read more

Terrible service. I asked about a specific vinyl flooring. Sales rep and manager, who happened to be standing next to each other, confirmed that they had over 100 boxes in stock but no floor samples. I asked if I could see it, since I am buying for my whole house but I'd need to see it first. They advised that it's in a pallet, way in the back and can't move it. Not even a "come back in a few days, when the warehouse gets rearranged". Nothing. Just, too bad, we're not even going to bother. Unbelievable. read more

Anderson was very personable and helpful great service. Jackie was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I was very pleased with your associate Mikki. She was extremely friendly, and helpful. She greeted me immediately as I entered the store. She introduced me to an associate. She helped me for about five minutes and said someone else would continue with me. I waited a few minutes and finally went back to MIkki. She brought me over to two other associates who were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Mikki made sure that all of my questions were answered, and that I received the correct materials. She is definitely an asset to your business. Thank you Mikki for making my experience so enjoyable. read more

Great prices but horrible customer service and practices. Purchased countertop, paid with credit card. Told cashier I did not want to be in their computer system. She said she had to put a name in. Fine. Make one up. The woman at pickup refused to give me my merchandise without an ID. I have a receipt and the credit card. Had to wait 15 minutes for a manager. Same story until I said give me my money back and buy elsewhere. First and last time doing business here. read more

My house renovation project took on its own life and snowballed as is often the case so when I went to floor and decor and found the tile I wanted, I was beyond fortunate to have Howard Hall (pro services) assist me. When he heard we were under time constraints, he researched local stores to see if the tile was in stock; he provided us with the shipping and delivery dates and info, and after we left, he, along with his patient and generous manager did a little more due diligence and were able to locate my tiles and get them to me earlier than originally promised as they found them elsewhere. He went above his duties and also was honest in giving credit to his manager as well. He also assisted us in the minutiae such as telling us about the different types of grout available, and was all in all a pleasure. This was a big purchase and Howard made it a joy parting with my money!! Lol read more

WRITING THIS ON BEHALF OF MY IN-LAWS ... Went to the Atlantic store earlier today. We walked around the endless aisles and were a bit lost and it overwhelmed. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you! - Betsy and Charlie Sterrantino read more

Customer Service and Follow up is beyond horrible. No call backs when promised after leaving messages and they won't give you an e-mail address to put things in writing. It's too bad, because their sales people go above and beyond, but despite that what good is it if they promise product in a shade, say they have the stock, and then the day of delivery can't deliver what they say they are going to. read more

Great place. Some stores are better than others as far as getting help the one of Sunrise is better more people willing to help and more carts Atlantic took me 20 + minutes to find a cart none outside and had to wait 30 minutes to get help and it wasn't busy maybe 20 people in the whole store But got what I needed and the prices are good so that's the main thing. I just want to put my thoughts down on the service at floor and decor. When I went into the store somebody by the name of JP, one of the assistant managers very reluctantly helped me. When I asked could he help me pick some things out, he basically just walked away. It was obvious he was not interested in helping a customer. Contrary to that experience, I was very lucky to find Bidley. What a difference! Bidley spent over an hour with me going through all the different options for a backsplash. And then help me pick out something that I needed for the overflow from my spa into my pool. Not only is he a smart young man but he has an excellent eye for color. He should be promoted to a manager position. On my way out I stop by JP again and told him that he was not very helpful. The other manager Val was there. Val came over later and help me and I told him specifically about JP and Bidley... read more
